So so
Pros: * Reliable * Smooth and quiet ride * Sufficient power * Smooth V6 and hybrid composition. Review based on 2020 RX450h Cons: - Confusing and distracting console software UI - Poor driver seat lumbar support. Our 2017 RAV4 SE has more supportive driver seat for long trips. - Subpar assembly quality control compare to my 3 Toyotas. Somehow I'm not surprised since its assembled in N. America (Not Japan) - Goofy electronic brake compare to the traditional mechanical brake. Severe lacking in feedback and control. Meaning it could over react or ignore driver input all together depending on speed and condition. Very very annoying.

Good quality SUV
Went to test drive it and was impressed with quality but I would prefer a Turbo version with better gas mileage than the heavy and outdated V6 Engine, Styling is still lacking on some Lexus SUVS. The BMW X3, Acura RDX, The Mercedes GLC and The Audi Q5 have more attractive designs, the front grille on the Lexus is way too big and makes the car looks weird.

The worst vehicle I’ve ever driven RX350/2020
Very sad overall experience and the customer service from Lexus IS absolutely insulting and feels their vehicle could never be a lemon. I’ve been locked out of the vehicle numerous times when doors won’t open, the infotainment system is pathetic. The app to control this from your phone is so fickle, it’s pathetic. The navigation system typically takes you to a destination no where near where you set it for and only finds the longest, most challenging routes imaginable. The climate control for the summer never cools the car no matter how low the temperature is set or how long it is on. In the winter, the heat can overwhelm you. Even at 62, the vehicle is stifling on a 10 degree Fahrenheit day. Moisture sensing wipers, they come on constantly on sunny days and never turn on when it’s raining. Seven returns to Lexus in six weeks and they find nothing wrong. Their Custmer Relations team tells me it’s the driver and not the car. Let me go back to my Benz and Jaguar, even my twenty year old Infiniti was better than this. Very sorry to have made this acquisition. Believe me, I could go on about the negative, but enough said. Finally out of this car. Thirty months later and less than 10K in miles, I turned it in. Not too thrilled by the replacement from another manufacturer, but that’s another review.

Very refined midsize SUV
Having previously owned a previous generation RX350, I would definitely consider this 2020 RX350 to be a significant upgrade.

Lexus bests Acura
I examined several mid-sized SUVs due to a need for room than my sedan provided. I have never previously owned a Lexus, although family members love their vehicles. Although I have owned several German vehicles including Audi, BMW, and Mercedes, I found their models competitive but overpriced even before considering much more expensive maintenance and repairs. On the test drive, the Acura was nice and handled well, but the ride, cabin, and features were not as luxurious as the Lexus. Plus with the hybrid that I selected, the Lexus has better range and fuel economy; and can tow if you need to as opposed to the MDX hybrid. For the same MSRP and much better reliability and total cost of ownership (retains better resale value), the Lexus easily won.
