New vehicle - noisy tires
Traded 2016 with 18 tires for new 2020 with 20 tires. This car does many things a little better than average. Why so many five stars? MPG average, performance is average, ride is worse than the 2016 because of noisy and poor riding tires. Why would a manufacturer put poor performing tires on their best selling model? OEM tires Bridgestone Ecopia very poorly rated by Tire Rack and not recommended by customers. Radio must be turned up to load levels just to drown out the tire noise.

Beautiful!!!
This is my 2nd RX350 and I love it even more than the first. My first was a 2014 and still drove like a dream...I had been waiting for the 2020 version with Apple Car Playin the right color combo to upgrade....Today was the day! Eminent White Pearl exterior with Birch Interior.

The features are nice when they work.
I don’t know what Lexus is thinking but, I’ll probably never buy another one. Any time I’m in weather that’s less than ideal I lose cruise control. If something causes a fault in one sensor multiple will stop work even though they have no relationship. Every time we drive this thing we wonder what alarm/sensor is going to stop working. Forget about taking to a dealership, they will reset the error, charge a $160, and give you some made up excuses. Shame, I thought they were one of the few remaining quality cars left.

A Little Disappointef
The car is beautiful, but the engine is loud, especially when driving around town. I think I expected a quieter ride, but my Toyota Highlander beats it hands down.
Best luxury crossover vehicle
I had my first RX350 for 9.5 years and loved driving it. Never had any mechanical issues so when I was forced to get another car, I decided to stick with the Lexus brand. I've been told by a tow company and a family mechanic that Toyota cars are the most reliable. Compared to other luxury brands, Lexus has lower maintenance costs over the life of a vehicle.
