I bought 2020 RX350 after Audi Q5. What a difference! Lexus is absolutely superb from safety and technology point of view but very far from moving vehicles of 21 century. Acceleration is very weak and fuel consumption is ridiculous. They advertise 19-26 , but in reality is 17,6 MPG! It’s misleading people. Full tank of Q5 was enough for 475miles and Full tank of RX 350 for 325miles only! If I knew I wouldn’t buy it.

grinding noise at 1500 rpm

I am amazed by the reviews. This car makes a grinding noise at 1500 rpm. Lexus says they can't fix it.. When a car is over 50,000 dollars and drives worse than a cheap car people might think twice. I think they are riding on past performance but something has changed. This is my 3rd RX 350 and it is definitely not worth the money.

A week ago I bought an Rx350 with premium package. I don’t get the complaint about not much room for someone above 6 feet. I’m 6’2 and have no complaints about the driver’s side space or egress. The new infotainment system is different but I do love the new touch screen. I do agree with the one complaint about no digital speedometer. Bought my wife a 2021 Toyota Highlander and it has a very nice digital speedometer. We traded in wife’s 2017 RX and the 2021 is nicer inside and does ride a little sportier. I actually enjoy it more than the old version. I do agree that the gas mileage may be more along 17 mpg in the city but the jury is still out on that, I haven’t taken it for a long ride so I can’t comment on that. The standard sound system is perfectly fine by me. I love the apple carplay. Overall, I really enjoy my RX.

I am a long time BMW owner. This SUV is for my wife, who does not want an ultimate driving machine. Our RX350 is an excellent vehicle. Super smooth ride, a luxurious interior with quality materials and build. Visibility is good. This has a 6 cylinder which is quieter than the 4 bangers my wife test drove, including the X3, which she didn't like. The safety features are extensive. The vehicle has had no issues in its first year of ownership. My wife loves it. What it's not....a performance vehicle. It's not a hoot to drive. It will not give you whiplash when accelerating. It looks odd. It leans a bit in hard cornering. It doesn't take curves as if it were on rails. Not my kind of vehicle, but still excellent for what it is. A luxurious, safe and highly reliable cruiser that will last for years. UPDATE: After 3 years of ownership, we bought the vehicle. Up several thousand dollars and only 16,000 miles. Runs better than they day we got it. Engine oddly took awhile to break in. No problems whatsoever. However, the navigation system needs alot of work. Slow and can't find addresses easily found on Google. Still a dull drive though but my wife still loves it.
