Problems with the electrical interfaces from the start. Touch screen resets, won't maintain connection, and rarely works. Headliner affixed components falling off. On, and on the list goes. At purchase, we were told the tank would be filled when the Wagoneer was serviced for warranty work. Apparently, Jeep unilaterally changed the terms, and will no longer fill gas tanks. Also, the guarantee of a Wagoneer or equivalent is also gone. We were given a rental Grand Cherokee. We were told by the rental company the dealership uses that we had to pay a mandatory 5.00 "administrative toll fee" even thought we incurred no toll charges. Pretty epic in terms of what we were told at purchase, and what materialized post purchase. BYE Wagoneer. Never again. Horrible customer service. Complete lack of adherence to major marketing initiative "perks" of buying the Wagoneer. Hopefully, a class action lawyer will pick this up and look into taking action for these material departures.

I bought a keep wagoner in February 2022 and two weeks later it was in the shop for over 3 months. And it is November 2022 and still no fix for the heated seats. This really sucks

Not literally, but close to it. Bought a 2022 Series III with around 15,000 miles from a PA dealer on 4/3/2023, drove it for about 2000 miles and on 5/5/2023 was driving on the interstate at 70 mph when the engine made a grinding sound, then smoke and then a bad smell and lost power and came to a complete stop, It’s as towed to Claremont Jeep and has been there ever since. Over a month and a half and they have yet to fix it. Its waiting for a new engine and parts, there is no sense of urgency to fix it from the service department in Claremont, as I didn’t buy it from them, and Wagoneer just send me form one rep to another without answers. I paid $92,000 for a vehicle that has been in the shop longer than I’ve driven it, I wish I stayed with my GMC Yukon, but my wife liked the Waganeer, big mistake.

1 Repair a Month since Purchase

I think I'll just list all the things that have gone wrong with this vehicle as a better way to sum up how awful the last 8 months of owning this vehicle have been: Adjustable seat button on the door simply busted when pushed Moonroof leaked heavily through driver side mic hole in roof panel Center entertainment system shorted out every time the car turned on and reboot Bass would blast randomly and only turn down when I turned the bass up Moonroof leaked again Heated seats stopped working Touch button to control heated seats/steering wheel would time out and not turn back on SCARIEST - Enter car shutting off on highway - hybrid battery and alternator needed to be replaced Brake issues (starting to fail) I owned this vehicle from 8,000-19,000 miles and have probably had it in for repairs more than I've driven it. These vehicles have way to much going on for being cheaply made. Perhaps the model or the year is the problem, but I have never had such an unreliable vehicle in 30 years as a driver.

Worst New Car Purchase Ever

Bought brand new 2022 Wagoneer. 198 mi Stop/Start feature does not work. Local dealership service department has treated me awful. They say “there is nothing wrong” however if AC is on stop/start does not work. When I tried to explain that start stop should work they basically started talking down to me and making me feel inadequate. 1st and last time to ever buy a Chrysler product.
