2024 INFINITI QX60 Consumer Reviews

Significant Sunroof Rattle
I recently purchased a 2023 Infiniti QX60 and unfortunately, my experience with the car hasn't been positive so far. While this SUV does have a beautiful design and luxurious feel, right off the lot I noticed a rattling noise coming from the sunroof which only got worse over the next few days. After taking the car back to the dealership, I was informed that the entire headliner needed to be removed, single-use parts replaced, and additional insulation added to help resolve the noise. I am disappointed that this issue was not caught coming out of the factory, and it has made me question the overall reliability of the Infiniti QX60. While it does appear the dealership was able to fix the issue, time will tell, I'm concerned that there may be more problems down the line. I hope that this is an isolated incident, but wanted to make other potential buyers aware of my experience so far.

Appalling Car
Far from luxury standard. Wind noise is ridiculous. Within 2 months of purchase had to change the cabin filter because every time we would start up the air or heat we would endure a moldy smell for 10-15 minutes. The infotainment center glitches all the time and is not user friendly. And there isn’t an easy way to turn off adaptive cruise control. This was my first, and last, Infiniti. Back to Acura!

My first Infiniti
I've had my 2023 QX60 for almost 9 months and 12,500 miles and LOVE it! Black roof/ white paint looks great outside, but he interior is what sold me on this car. Caramel colored leather EVERYWHERE, great design, and the third row that's actually functional and USABLE! Access in and out of the third row is a breeze with the one touch button system. Love the tech and how clear the cameras are. Interior is very comfortable. The Autograph has lots of features: 360 camera, pano roof, heated/ventilated/massaging front seats, heated rear seats, fully digital gauge cluster, etc. Everything has worked flawlessly and this car has been great on road trips and around town. I have no cons other than having to turn auto start/stop off every time I get in the vehicle. Can't stand that "feature." So glad I looked at this car on a whim-- almost got the Volvo XC90 and the Infiniti's interior feels so much nicer and more spacious. First Infiniti and definitely impressed!

Very glitchy
Had a 2014 QX60 - this feels smaller. The looks are great but that’s the extent. - Lots of slop in the transmission, so parking and auto-stop start have a LOT of jerk. - Heated front seats are luke warm at best - The side mirrors tilt UP when backing up instead of pointing down (seems like a software glitch) - The brightness of the driver cluster and main screen are not in sync - they can and have different levels which is very strange. - The driver cluster bright levels 0-90% are good, but then 90-100% is like going from not looking at the sun to suddenly looking at the sun. - overall software glitches - it’s not good folks. It feels like a car company trying to be like Tesla software wise but they haven’t hired any software people to pull it off. We frequently loose saved stations, CarPlay takes over the entire Audio section at times (no way to change to FM or XM), etc. We want to like this car because the 2020 XC90 wasn’t ideal and we’re ready to get back to something we thought we knew was stable and great (our old 2014 QX60) , but this is bad. Will likely eat equity to get out of this early.
