Bluelink

The car itself is okay. The Bluelink remote start is a joke. I would never buy the vehicle solely on the Bluelink performance. Remote start key fob would be a better feature.

This top trim SUV has all the bells & whistles one could want but at the cost of great gas mileage.

WHAT HAPPENED TO THE TUCSON

2020 Hyundai Tucson SEL 4dr SUV AWD (2.4L 4cyl 6A)

I bought the 2020 Tucson sel 2.4 in blue. While the exterior is clean. The interior leaves a lot to be desired. The blue Tucson is matched with a single charcoal gray color interior that is very bland and basic. The radio looks like it was designed by a Crack head and installed by a meth head. The seats are cloth and not very comfortable. The entirety of the interior is made from cheap hard plastic that scratches at the lightest of touches. The 2.4 liter engine is severely underpowered and it's matched with a 6 speed Transmission. While Hyundai would have u believe you will get 25 combined mpg. You will realistically get between 19 and 21 mpg combined. The sport mode is a joke. It does nothing but change the shift points of the transmission. The Active lane keeping assist function. Is severely dangerous as it Jerks the wheel violently when it looses sight of the lines in your lane. Over all the 2020 Tucson will leave you with a feeling of regret and will leave you wanting for more. With a price tag of 25,000 you would think you would get more for your money. So in closing if you are shopping for a cross over sun. Stay away from the 2020 Tucson

Just buy it. It’s awesome. Hampton Hyundai is the best dealership! Since originally posting this review I have had a few issues with the Infotainment System, wireless charging and Apple Car Play. All issues were corrected and resolved by Hampton Hyundai and all covered under warranty. Still love Hampton Hyundai and their service Dept. THE BEST!!!!
