Almost but not quite!
I actually decided not to buy a 2003 sage green H2 with the fully loaded Adventure Package due to the interior. The dashboard looks great but is completely made of cheap, toy like plastic. Very hollow and easily cracked. The headliner (w/sunroof option) is way too flimsy. Power from the engine was okay; I didn't expect the same performance as my 4.7L Grand Cherokee. The stereo system does not sound very good at all. There's absolutely no front soundstage. Don't know why the tweeters on the A-pillar are aimed directly at each other!
Great Truck
I LOVE IT. Ive had a Eddie Bauer EXP, Honda Pilot, 2x Explorers and this is the best Ive ever owned. Ive owned over 30 cars and is is one of the best all around. Its just not for looks ,it is a very good truck. The Honda was in the Shop 4x the H2 "0". The Mileage is only about .5 under my Ford and the same in town . Rides better than any of the others, GETS THE LOOKS every where we go . I have the DVD system and its better than my Hondas. Im glad i traded the PILOT EX for the H2

What were they thinking?
Based on the non-negotiable price ($55, 000 fully loaded), the vehicle is underpowered, the ac doesn't cool & the stereo didn't have any kick. As a woman, I felt safe in the vehicle, but it was overshadowed by the inability to accelerate and merge. Don't get me wrong, the truck looks and it "climb" over things, but how many times will I actually take it off road? Maybe twice. Stop production and re-engineer the vehicle before it is deemed with a wicked nickname (ex. Ford Exploder). I understand the H2 is heavy, but the engine should have been properly sized.
Hummer2
One of the best vehicles I have owned in 50+ years.I have been of road, freeway, everywhere with this gem. The only negative we get is the occasional "bird" from the Greens and Tree Huggers in the Northwest.
you would complain about anything
Its 6400 lbs. full time 4x4, and a V- 8, Gas milage? Why are you complaining, what did you expect its not a hybrid! If the spare is to big for you take it out who cares, not like you're going to get out and change it anyway. Compare it to a Range or Benz for $20k less, pay me the difference and I'll give you stainless steel grills and no plastic ANYWHERE!! And for the A/C thing if you dont know how to work one ride a bike. If it doesnt fit your needs dont buy it, but dont sit and complain about its design, it obviously wasnt designed for YOU.
