Worst of the worst is Honda's warantee and attitude. .My radio started developing intermittent problems at <5000 mile, Their attitude is to relate to it ONLY if they can replicate it, even if you show ample proof (photos, videos) of a failure. When they finally find the problem they give you someone else's problem that they call "re-manufactured". I am on the third """re-manufactured"" system, each with different problems, and Honda simply refuses to replace it with a new unit. The truck itself has many nice features like the dual gate opening, ride quality, and I do not have a problem my 2500 Lb boat. They have some weird quirks such as complete lack of any indication of low wiper fluid... Find out when it runs out on the road in a snow storm... The electronics is mediocre to sub mediocre with the worst going to the infotainment system. As with most cars today if you replace it with aftermarket you give up most car specific features. As I said, Honda's careless attitude towards clients and their responsibilities to the clients, combined with the lousy quality of their electronics (search the web) is the reason why I would recommend to anyone to stay away from this truck, and as far as I am concerned, from ANY honda.

Brake pedal feel very soft and has long travel. You have to give yourself a little more braking distance. There is an annoying wind noise from driver side window starting at 30 mph. Very very poor heated seats performance. Seats never get hot even though you had it set on high. It takes a very long time (10 to 15 minutes) for it to get warm, and when it get warm it shut off right away. Passenger heated seat, it never works. The vehicle has 34 miles on it when purchased. I brought it back to service a week later for the seats heater problems. Of course they could't find anything wrong with it. They told me that, it just how the vehicle was made.

I'm at about 6 years and 55k now. I purchased this truck for my 5-3 Wife and I. We both love most everything about it. It is quiet, smooth, comfortable and very flexible to fit our life style. It has been rock solid, problem free. I would buy another one. Best ride I've owned. Dislikes - Small rear view mirror, lack of blind spot warning on this trim, no tailgate lock(dumb).
