Emissions evaporation leak
I purchased a new Honda Ridgeline in 2020. At 7K miles, the engine light came on with the message Emissions Problem so I took the car to the dealer and they replaced the evaporator under warranty. Less than 3k miles later, the same engine light warning appeared with the same issue. The dealer replaced the evaporator again under warranty. Today, at 12K miles, I have another engine warning light is on the dashboard showing emission system problem. I took the car to O'Reilly Auto Parts and the technician scanned the computer system and the message is "emissions evaporator leak" take the car to the dealership for repairs. That's 3 times for the same issue. I'm from Massachusetts and I'm going to inquire about the lemon law in this state. Does anyone else have this problem on a 2019 Ridgeline?

I love it, mostly...
I've had the Ridgeline for 7 months. In general, I love it. It rides like a car, is comfortable, great looking, functional, and I got a very fair deal. However, this is my first Honda and I guess that I expected more from such a well respected company. The first issue I had was finding out that my 2019 truck didn't have my home address, not even the street, which has been here for 4 years. Really Honda, you shipped a vehicle with 2015 GPS info? Secondly, the voice activated phone is a joke. I'll never use it because it NEVER understands any name and if you finally say it exactly how it wants it, you then realize that the name you ask for will come up in 5 different versions, most that have nothing to do with the right person. So if you are a tech geek, you will hate this truck. Fortunately for me, I care more about the meat and potatoes and there is much to love here.

2019 RTL-E Extremely Functional Vehicle
This truck is excellent when it comes to room in its class my kids and adults alike can fit in the back seat..the lockable trunk is also extremely useful. The bed tie downs are plentiful and the swing tailgate is very useful. Carry 4x8s is a breeze since there’s not wheel wells protruding out on the sides of the bed. Only cons I’d say are the ground clearance would like a few more inches, no volume control knob, and an terrible infotainment system. However if you use android auto or apple car play it’s kinda of a null point. Traded in my F-150 and really don’t regret a thing. Leased it 6 months ago but like it so much I’ll probably buy it at the end of the lease!
