Might as well buy a Fusion or Malibu
Well, I have had this car about a week. The paint job is low quality and chips easily. The seats are uncomfortable. The transmission and suspension are sloppy and transmit vibrations throughout the car. And I am already scheduled for repairs. So much for the vaunted Honda reliability.
Got rid of my Accord
I had my Accord for 13 months total, put over 20k miles on it. I could not stand the uncomfortable seats any longer. The headrests bothered me because they would push my head forward no matter which height they were at and the seats were rather hard and the lumbar support did not provide much satisfaction. Honda Customer Service told me that they cannot do anything for me at this time as the seats and headrest are designed to safety regulations and if they have a recall, they would let me know. Last week, I traded it in for a well equipped 2009 S80, which stickered for $42k and I bought it for $32k. The seats are much more comfortable and I no longer have back pain when driving.

2009 Accord sedan exl
I picked up my car Saturday. I love being in it and driving. It's a comfortable ride, and looks great. I would definitely recommend this car for the money. I purchased the taffeta white with the tan interior, it looks so luxurious. I love it!
Great Car!
I traded from a Civic up to the Accord for power, comfort, safety (VCS)and more interior space. The car rides great, good feel to the road, smooth engine and the MPG were not that much off from the 4 offered in the Accord. Sound system is very good, nice to have Homelink built in and the heated outside mirrors along with running lights included. The only thing I did not go with was the Nav. and for the money did not see the value,of course don't drive that much where it is needed. Brush Metal Color on the exterior looks rich and Gray Leather in the Interior is a great contrast.
Affordable sporty luxury
Park the accord coupe next to an entry level ($40,000) bmw, mercedes, lexus, or infiniti, and it will visually blow them all away, for 10 grand less. I just bought a black with black leather interior. Sharp, comfortable, and stylish. EX-L V-6 without nav. The chrome doorhandles, chrome around side windows and dual chrome exhaust and the wheels shout tasteful class. This car puts a smile on my face every time I look at it.
