Great sporty coupe!!!
This is a great sporty coupe that looks great, drives great and even smeels great. I bought this car about 3 weeks ago and I am very happy with my decision. I have averaged 27 mpg so far. It drives great and with the 5 speed it is really fun to drive. If you don't need a sunroof, cd changer, and powerseats go with the LX! Cheaper and better resale value!!!
Serves me well
Everything on this car works as advertised. I get about 25 mpg driving mostly in the city. All the goodies work including the voice activation system. The A/C went bad at 3 months and it took two dealers four tries to fix it but all under warranty. My 8th Honda and I'll continue to buy as long as the quality holds up. I find it very comfortable but I do very little long distance driving as some of the other reviewers. The tires are a bit noisy but I think that is a Michelin problem. I'll try another brand when the time comes. The OEM tires have 22000 miles and still look new.

Hybrid that blows away all others!
After two years I can tell you that Honda was foolish to discontinue this model! Unfortunately they didn't promote it as a luxury upgrade to the Tiny Civic Hybrid. 260 horsepower and miserly (avg. 33-34 mpg) on Highway and city (CT.) You know it's a great value when you don't sense your driving a hybrid.
The Case For A Hybrid
Used car prices have fallen for the Accord Hybrid/HCH making it value priced for the level of refinement. March of 2010 I bought a lease returned NAVI equipped 07 with 2,860 certified accident free miles. It has the best ride due to 16 inch tires and 200 lb increase weight. The battery pack serves as a sound baffle between the trunk and back seat. The electric steering feels more refined and with the smaller tires gives a turning circle of 36 feet for improved maneuverability. Drivability with the V6 is refined yet I get better than 4 cyl FE. I average 34 mpg driving 80% on city freeways filling up with 91RON non ethanol gas.
Reliability, solid performance
This 2007 Honda EX with the 4 cylinder 2.4L engine shows stark performance with solid precison handling and a quieter ride. I had a 2002 SE 4 door sedan that was flawless and the 2007 was that much better. This car has power from a stop position and rides like a six cylinder. The field of vision from the drivers side is wider and the turning radius is shorter and quckly adapts to tight maneuvering. A solid ride!
