Used 2023 GMC Acadia Consumer Reviews
Great Car even with Software Bu
My Acadia Denali is a great reliable and fuel efficient ride. 75 K miles in 3 years, looking for my next one.
Rated by Edmunds as a Great Deal
It was love at first sight or for my wife love at first sit. I have been driving GMC Yukons for 30 years and this is a downsize for me, but the luxury remains with this vehicle. Sight lines from vehicle are very good and the Denali package quite comfortable. Ride is smooth due to the wheel base, and the V6 was what I was looking for (not available on newer Acadia models). Also purchased a long term protection package (fully transferable) to try and eliminate future high costs of future repairs. When you keep a vehicle for a numbers of years, it will eventually need repairs.

Worst car I have owned in 60 years
My main complaint is road noise. I keep checking to make sure all the windows are closed completely because the road noise is so loud. I keep turning off the radio trying to figure out what that noise is and it's road noise!! I am 5' 3" and the position of my seat gives me a huge blind spot on the left-hand side. The mirror and window frame cause a huge blind area. I have to stretch up or try to look under the mirror to see if there is anyone crossing the street. When I first got the car the passenger that was riding in front shouted stop there's someone crossing the street - I never saw them!!! This is a terrifying part of driving the car. The car has lots of bells and whistle that I don't want or need but the basics of the car have been neglected. I hate the car but it's too late to return it and too much of a loss to trade it in.
