Think I'll Pass
I drove a Ranger at Overlamd Expo in NC. We qualify for Ford family discount; have 2018 Escape and 2003 Expedition with 210K miles, had 1990 Ranger until 2010 (great). Been been patiently waiting for new Ranger to tow 4,200 lb RV trailer. Specs are good, disappointed about no brake controller like available on the F-150. And, no good space to install one. Also, our Escape with 2.0L turbo seemed to have better pickup than the 2.3L Ranger; wish they offered a 2.7L eco-boost. Think I'll sit this one out....

Peppy, roomy and good on gas
I have owned for a short period of time but so far the Truck is performing well. I am getting 23MPG around town. Quality seems good although the radio / entertainment system is my only complaint. I did not get the sync3. I only opted for the sync which was a mistake. Hopefully the aftermarket will offer a solution to the sound system.

Fast and smooth!
I wasn’t sure if this was the vehicle I wanted after reading Edmunds review and watching their YouTube video on it. But after the test drive I officially and completely disagree with their review! Maybe it was just a bad day for them, but they just cried about everything. I LOVE the electronic steering, it responds so much better! I love how it feels going over bumps, or up the hill of my front yard, it just floats! It’s also the fastest mid-size truck available, I know there’s a lot of people out there that will tell me not to go for a truck based on its acceleration and MPG,but I love going fast and saving gas in my truck lol. I’m at 9k miles so far and I love it no less than I did the first day I drove it. Trailer package, black appearance package, sprayed-in bedliner, navigation package, XLT Supercab 4x4. And for the people that say the F-150 costs similar after incentives, I didn’t want the F-150. It’s got its pros and cons, but I wanted the smaller more sporty Ford Truck, and I am so happy that I picked it!
