A very sharp vehicle with interior design that was very well thought out. Ford has finally got a clue on customer satisfaction. I would encourage everyone to try the new Freestyle.

Great family car

We were a little hesitant about getting this vehicle since it was the first year for it. We love the car; it drives great, the room is unbelievable. We have the 3rd row seat and also the entertainment package. As my son said, all he needs is a soda and popcorn and it's better than the movies.

I love my new Ford Freestyle

Very comfortable and very spacious. Lots of leg room in second row seating for my 6'4" spouse. Love the theater row seating. Captain seats make it easier to get from the second row to the third row of seats. DVD a big plus. Cargo space is great - plenty of room for our dog to travel with us. Sound system is good. Love the exterior look. Rides more like a car than an SUV or minivan. Gets better gas mileage than previously owned SUV and minivans.

Kind of disappointed

I like most everything about the car except for the fuel mileage. I am only getting 16 mpg city driving. I have 1600 miles and my mpg is dropping not rising. I called Ford and they said they would look at it but since there is no engine light on there is probably nothing they could do. I love my dark blue color and the seating material. It is easy to clean. The inside seems built pretty tough. The car could be a little wider because it is very crowded in the back after a car seat is put in. I love driving the car and the feeling of power I get. I love that it holds 7 passengers although the very back seat is still best suited for children.

Great, Safe Family car

No problems after 40K miles. Two repairs in the three years we have owned it: oil pump gear for the AWD mechanism, electronic sensor for the transmission went out. This is one of the safest vehicles on the road. I would only say the CVT is a little noisy around town. Acceleration is OK. It is a versatile family car that seats 7 passengers comfortably.
