We have a Black 2002 Lightning and a White 2000 Lightning. Terrific if you like the non-stop attention. However, you might need to keep a stealth vehicle on the sidelines, because you can't sneak around town in these!

Ever since buying this truck, i've had a blast driving it. There's nothing out there like it. Can't wait to see the new 2004 next year.

Most fun street sweeper I've had since 1967. Great looks, handling, comfort and smooth speed. What a ride!

PURCHASED TRUCK IN NEW JERSEY FROM FRED OPERT RACING. STORY IS TO LONG TO TELL EVERYBODY HOW I BOUGHT IT AND LIVE IN CARMEL CALIF.. DROVE TRUCK FROM JERSEY TO CARMEL & TOOK 6 DAYS HAD A BLAST AND FIGURED I COULD GET A GOOD BREAK IN ON ENGINE AND DRIVE TRAIN. EVERYTHING WENT WELL EXCEPT WEATHER, A LOT OF RAIN, SNOW AND SLIPPED BEHIND TWO TORNADOES BUT THE LIGHTNING HANDLED GREAT THROUGH IT ALL. I PUT 3600 MI. DRIVING BACK NOW HAVE 12,000. USE FOR SHORT TRIPS AND CHALLENGES ON PERFORMANCE. STILL STOCK.

i am very happy i bought the truck... I recommend anyone to buy this truck... only downside is the gas mileage
