I have had a 2013, 2015 and now a 2019. I am not sure what is going on with fords motor design. I have had the motor replaced in all 3. 2019 had 17000 mile on when they discovered the coolant was leaking into the motor.

Bought a brand new 2019 SEL AWD, liked the car as i had rented it before. However the one i got gives me a sudden jerk when applying brakes, it happens only for 15 to 20 min after a cold start.Looks like the transmission has some problem. Took it to the dealership however i was told to relax since the car is under warranty. Hoping to have it disappear some day. Not a fan of the car anymore, though i have to live with it now.

My first Ford Escape and I am in love. 2019 SEL Ruby Red 1.5 L Turbo. Better than the RAV4.

The sel model comes in a bunch of different packages. Be sure to read the sticker and test drive it. I’ve owned 5 suv’s Over the last 12 years. This is the first small one and I really enjoy it

I purchased a 2019 Ford Escape last September. I really liked my 2013, but had 2 engines replaced in 60K miles. This time I purchased a Titanium. The engine is bigger and is supposed to be less likely to have the same issues. My only complaint about my 2019 is no CD player. I like to listen to Audio books. The salesman stated that people listen on their phones so the CD players weren't necessary. I disagree! I've tried to phone, but it's just no as convenient. I ended up buying an after market CD player I can use in my, but it seems like I'm having to go old school in my new car. How many of us used the Walkman in our old cars that didn't have CD players. It works well, but I'd prefer a built-in player.
