I dearly love it. Had it over a year. No problems.

Long Time Ford Owner-HATES Escape

This car rides like an over rated tuna can. My last Ford a 2008 Taurus X had real style. This is a smaller SUV. And rides terrible. You feel every crack in the road. The slightest bump rattles your teeth. We have owned it one week and the value dropped over $8,000. With 154 miles on it. We have owned many Fords over the years. Don't think I'll own another one. Quality and comfort lacking. Cargo space is small. Rear seating has no leg room.

New ride to enjoy

Escape handles quite well. Very sporty, just getting used to the smaller size from and original SUV in truck chassis. All is good. Will enjoy this vehicle - hopefully 16 years like my last SUV. ONLY NEGATIVE - quite surprised that the Coat Hooks will only handle a Wire Hanger (kind of dated) angle of ceiling, size of hanger and the assist handle don't allow space to hang a plastic hanger. A working person hanging a suit jacket or clean shirt will have a challenge.

I have had my car for 2 months, it's been in the shop for a month! First the compressor on the air conditioning and now it's at the dealership 30 miles away, because the flywheel needs replaced! Mind you it only has 36,000 miles on it!! It's still there waiting for parts, not sure how much longer it'll be. I'm no longer impressed, as far as I'm concerned they can have it back!@

2017 Ford Escape. 80k miles… Head gasket blew. 8k to get a new engine. Awesome. I do not beat the crap out of my vehicles. I drive responsible, don’t speed, nothing. I hope Ford knows they contribute to people being miserable and broke. Thank you Ford. Keep up the great work. Never again after I drive this POS to at least get my money’s worth. What a joke…
