2018 Ford Edge SEL 4dr SUV (2.0L 4cyl Turbo 6A)

We bought the SEL version with the 3.5 liter V6 engine. This is an ideal vehicle for long trips. Very comfortable,powerful and smooth riding. Lots of cargo room with the rear seats up or down. Very quiet,you can hardly tell that the engine is on. Plenty of power when you need it and gas mileage is good too. We have owned ours for three years now without one issue. Awesome vehicle! Owned it now for 6 years. No issues, still love our Edge!!

Original 2018 Ecoboost 2.0L turbo engine will fail

This is a great looking vehicle with a luxury interior. However, per TSB 22-2229 the engine is highly vulnerable to coolant intrusion. The 4 cylinder turbocharged engine design for this year (and a few others) will inevitably result in coolant entering cylinder(s) ending in catastrophic engine failure. We bought our used at 72,000 miles and paid thousands to completely replace the engine at 82,000 miles. The newer design eliminated the issue by using properly drilled coolant holes instead of the grooves originally scored between the cylinders. We will never buy another Ford and will avoid turbocharged engines with small displacement, 4 cylinders or less.

This car is a welcome surprise of comfort, convenience and feels like a luxury SUV. after driving a bmw x3 m for a long time, I switched to this vehicle and absolutely love it!! Highly recommend for the price point. I do think that the black and silver look far more chic than other colors. Opt for the nav package and leather seats !

I found this car on edmunds and although we had to drive a bit to get to it this was the best buy we have every made. My parents are thrilled with this car and it met all their expectations.

Owning this edge suv has been great , my reason for buying this edge my sister owns one since 2005 and I fell in love with her suv at the time which was 2 years ago I was not even thinking about buying another car. But recently I did have trouble with my current car and I know now it was for a reason I was going to buy a new suv and that is when i decided it was going to be a Ford Edge.

Titanium Package has high end features, just as a full glass roof and heated and leather seats, just to mention a few.
