I bought my 2025 Chevrolet Trax ACTIV off the showroom floor BRAND NEW last November and I'm selling it not even a year later. Electrical gremlins everywhere, which OK - I can get that fixed under warranty, no biggie. Then... a leaky sunroof! I had taken it into a Chevy certified shop 5 TIMES... only for them to finally tell me "uhh, that's a design feature." I'm not joking. Obviously, the issue was never fixed - sure, under warranty, but wasted my time and even though I was told there was no immediate water damage... what about in 5 years when it's OFF warranty? I made a stink on social media and the GM Canada team reached out and asked what they could do. I said fix my sunroof, WTF kind of question is that LOL!? And they ended up reiterating what the dealer said about it being 'a design feature'. Absolute garbage. Spend the extra cash and get a Rav4 or Corolla Cross. Save yourself a headache and don't make my mistake.
