A total mess
We purchased our 2021 Tahoe in January. The first service and oil change was due this month. We took the truck in for service and 2 days later we start to hear a knocking in the engine. As we took it to the dealership it started to shake really bad and lights on the dash started to come on. The dealership states they don’t know what’s going on or how long it will take to get fixed. I am really dissatisfied that a brand new vehicle is having this many issues 5 months and 6,000 miles in.

Electrical issues
I bought a 2021 Tahoe in November and dropped it off today (for the 5th time) for electrical work. Problems with infotainment/radio/dash, etc. upon first visit (two days after purchase) the deal said there was no issue. Second time they said a radio was needed. Third visit replaced the radio. Fourth time they replaced the amplifier. Fifth visit brake light and radio will not turn off with the car. This is my first (and last) Chevy purchase. With the cost of this vehicle there should be no issues. This should not be in the shop and unrepairable. Experts from GMC should not have to be called to diagnose problems the 5th time. How many chances does one need? Car goes in with one problem, comes out with two. Just so disappointed with this purchase and experience I highly suggest you ask/research before you buy. It’s beauty isn’t worth the inconvenience and time.

Not what you paid for
My infotainment system hasn’t worked properly since day 1 and I keep getting told, it’s too new so they don’t have a fix for it. That was 6 months ago. 100k for a vehicle that is subpar. I live in Canada and it takes forever to heat up. I sometimes have it running for an hour and it still is blowing Luke warm air. The air ride suspension is garbage in cold climates. It was nice in September when I bought it but at -20 in Canada it’s like riding on washboard everywhere I go. Most angry that it costs so much and my 2015 lt was better quality than my 2021 high country.

Do Not Buy!
As a previous reviewer said, there are still kinks that need to be worked out on this car. I purchased a new 2021 Tahoe Premier thinking it would be the perfect family car for us. Well, it has already spent 6 days in the shop since I bought it in September which is more than my last 3 cars combined over the last 10 years. Oh, and this was the most expensive of them all! There are electrical and satellite issues that Chevrolet can't seem to fix and since they can't duplicate it...the problem must not exist. I was told that only to have another dealer tell me that some of them are having this problem. The screen occasionally goes black and in some cases I lose all sound, to include radio, satellite, turn signals, etc. Oh, and that's after the satellite module has already been replaced.
