Excellent vehicle
I bought this vehicle straight off the truck in April 2022. I now have 27,000 miles on it w/o any problems whatsoever. I use this vehicle for personal use obviously but also use it on occasion when I go visit patients and deliver and setup home medical equipment. Ride quality, handling, braking, fuel economy, cargo space all get a passing grade. I have read complaints about the 1.5L turbo being weak. Not at all. Granted, we're not talking Corvette power here but the 1.5 gets the job done. Not requiring premium grade fuel is a plus. I didn't know what to expect with the automatic headlight dimming system but but I've found it works well. On a side note I had a 1985 Dodge Daytona Turbo and a 1987 Dodge Daytona Shelby Z Turbo so I had an idea what I was getting into with the purchase of a turbo engine in the Equinox. One word of advice to a potential buyer is to not cut corners on maintenance. Being a GDI Turbo engine, cheaping it out on oil/filter changes is not going to do the engine any favors. In conclusion, this is a vehicle worthy of anyone's consideration. UPDATE>>>>>33,000 miles without any problems. Routine maintenance has been performed by at approx 5500 mile intervals. I base this on the oil life monitor and the driving I do. This is a little sooner than required by the book but I do not believe in shirking on maintenance. addendum March 2025. 38,000 miles. No issues to report. The Equinox is still running and performing as expected.

2022 Chevy all wheel drive equinox
Love this suv. Just the right size, drives great and very nice looking. I had a BMW the worst car I have ever owned. In and out the shop. Very expensive upkeep. Overrated, will never buy another one!
Just what I needed
I recently purchased a 2022 Chevrolet Equinox. It's great on gas, has lots of technology, and the best part is that it has a lot of leg room and trunk space. I researched various SUVs similar to this vehicle, and this is the one I chose. I couldn't be happier.
Perfect thus far
2022 with 18K miles on it now. Purchased to flat tow behind my motorhome. For the price I am completely satisfied. Everything works as it should. I average 22 mpg in town and 31 on the highway when not towing.
