I had a Cadillac before. I bought a Porsche Macan which I loved but the downfall is that it doesn’t have all the luxury that the Cadillac XT4 has. I missed my remote start for one! The Cadillac rides nice. Seats are comfortable and have lots of features like the massaging heated seats. The seats also have the lumbar support I also missed. The car is loaded and I love it!

I love this Cadillac XT4 but problems has arose. My back up camera only works once in a while they ordered a new one a week before Thanksgiving I have yet to have this fixed. Now my engine light is on something about the emissions. I had my parking pass for work on my mirror an it interferes with the sensors with my lights ! I had a strobe light effect at 4am. I really hope after these problems are fixed it will be the last of problems. I'm very disappointed, I feel if I'm paying this amount of money for a vehicle it shouldnt have problem after problem, after all that's why I went from Chevrolet an ford to Cadillac!

Once I n a lifetime the manufacturer got it right. Style, function, quality, and class. GM knocked it out the park with this car. Almost bought a Lexus so glad I didn’t I’m very pleased with this car, and I’ve owned about 30 different makes and models.

Vehicle is very well equipped. Interior has well appointed finishes. Engine power is very good with acceleration excellent when merging into highway traffic. Mileage is very good for SUV. Transmission is balky when first starting to drive. Ride is choppy.

I really love this car! It is sharp, and I get compliments on it all the time. It gets great gas mileage and has almost all of the bells and whistles of the XT6 that we are using right now. The car is at the dealership for some final tweaks. I do wish it had the phone charger in the arm rest, and it has some road noise, but otherwise I absolutely love it!

Cadillac's smallest SUV is a treat to drive. It's wide body provides space and comfort for four fully-grown adults and its turbo four generates enough power to handle any driving requirement. Not big on cargo space, but can accommodate the needs and comfort of occupants. Very impressed.

This car has plenty of power - no worries here. The tech stuff is nice but having 3 ways to change radio stations - as well as numerous other functions- can be confusing but just takes time. Garage button programmed easily, Bluetooth was seamless, cornering is exceptional, steering is excellent, cargo area is smaller than we realized, shifter is counter intuitive but again no problem after a few drives. Overall this is a nice compact SUV that we can highly recommend.

Have never driven a car more comfortable or efficient. Everything is super easy to access. Looks gorgeous, paint job top notch, always looks clean. We are extremely pleased with this vehicle. Next one may be Escalade or the new electric version.

Great entry level SUV... I decided to spend $ 3-5 k more then a Honda or Hyundai , however the interior quality and driving features are worth it hands down. One strong suggestion, if buying preowned, get a CPO with the most time avail on the warranty. ( mine has 26 months)

Yet a learning curve for all the technology it has. Getting accustomed to all it has to offer will take sometime. Like switching to an iphone to an android. I’m sure in time it’ll be second nature but there are many changes to learn. Ie: reverse is forward and drive is back in position- not a natural automatic move.

The original owner (we’re the 2nd) passed on a few Options we would have preferred, so we retroactively leveled-up a few things we weren’t pleased with to fortify the Sport-iness. The known OEM suspension leak issue contributed to an unimpressive bouncy ride over speed bumps so we exponentially improved the handling AND stance with installed coil-overs. Within 5 months of ownership, we managed to manifest the look, sound & handling we envisioned when we initially saw the ad for the low-mileage pre-owned “Sport” model. Only regular maintenance has been performed, however, we have experienced the XT4 forum-documented infotainment gremlin causing the rear view camera to “blackout” once. It’s on the list for a trip to the dealership to update the software if it happens again. Subject: 2020 Stellar Black Metallic XT4 Sport (20” Wheels). unless you get the more expensive xt4 premium luxury you don't get much of anything really!! love the car but its as expensive as the xt5 and its allowed end model of cadillac!!! i have the luxury and it was 40,000 and you get and and cool package which is nice ! you would think the you would at least get the power lift gate and the folding mirrors or at least more safety features!!! cadillac cheapens it !! I could of gotten a premium luxury lease for about what i am paying! a lot more features but NO and! the packages are weird!! you can get an ikea lower price drives as nice and is loaded for what i am paying!!!! and yes i know its a cadillac but this model isn't much different than the ikea!! TRUTHFULLY SO!!!

After driving it for a couple of weeks, I wouldn't recommend if you like your space. It's got most of the bells and whistles, but not much leg room in the back seat. I'm 5'10" and for me, I would like to have seen a couple of more inches in the front leg room area. Mileage is great though. 34 to 36 highway.

Bought a very well taken care of used XT4 with only 30,000kms on it. Bought in the fall. Actually quite enjoying the vehicles itself, it’s peppy, 9 speed tranny shifts well and revs low on the highway (if not a bit jerky at times). Interior is spacious and at a used car price it’s quite nice and feature filled. Nice looking vehicle as well I get lots of compliments. If I had to rate overall it would be a 4/5. Serious downside is the cold weather. I live in Saskatchewan, Canada. Past couple weeks have been -35 degrees celsius if not more. This car does NOT like the cold and refuses to warm up to operating temperature. I’ve never driven a vehicle that whines and groans and complains about it being cold so much. Transmission revs high constantly and is very loud, engine is unresponsive and loud. Interior creaks and rattles. High pitched whining noise coming from the rear. Terrible!! This vehicle was not built for our winters! And I will not be purchasing another GM product. Too bad.

Metallic Red, 20” wheels and front grill are amazingly good looking. I’ve had many compliments about the car from strangers. The luxury sport model is very comfortable and the design is awesome. The engine, 255 hp, is quick and 8 speed tranny is fluid. The ride is not the greatest as well as road noise. I’ve have had not had any problems in the 3+ years of ownership.
