2025 Buick Envista Consumer Reviews

This car is junk
I have a 2024 Envista Avenir. This thing has been in the shop more than my old truck. It has 30K miles on it and so far both back window motors have gone out. The brakes went bad and had to be replaced. And now the newest problem it has a error message saying engine power is reduced. Also, they have to keep going in and doing computer updates because all the electrical keeps glitching out. Stay away for this vehicle.

A mess
I honestly don’t even know where to start here. I purchased the vehicle November 2023. It’s now August 1 and it’s been in the dealer over 10 times. Screen goes out so I have no speedometer, air conditioning was broke due to a leak in the core so I didn’t have that for a while (part was on back order). Screen still isn’t fixed. No solution. White smoke started blowing out of the exhaust. No solution from the dealer “it’s burning a normal amount of oil”. Dealer went as far as to lie to General Motors , so I was denied for a buy back (even though I have folders of service records saying different) Am now upside down 11k and have no choice but to trade it in. Never buying a GM car again. Such a mess.

Engine problems
I bought my Envista in November of 2023. The great price tag and visually appealing body style had me hooked. July 21st 2024, my motor blew while on the highway. I had to have the vehicle towed to the dealership. I was told the next day the engine blew due to a defect in the motor. Still under warranty it's going to be repaired however, to this day I still have not been given a time that the new engine will be shipped to the dealership. I'm also battling with the dealership and General Motors about giving me a loaner with unlimited miles at no cost until my car is repaired and returned. Because of the poor customer service I will never purchase a General Motors car again.
Not a quiet ride
Was very pleased with my purchase of the 2024 Buick Envista until I was cruising about 50 mph and noticed a horrible wind noise in my ear while driving. I took it to the dealer where I purchased it and they said they could hear it but couldn't pinpoint exactly where it was coming from so they didn't know what to do to fix it. Well isn't that just great...how about adjusting the door or checking out the rubber strip around the door..something to try and fix it! Very displeased with Currie Motors in Valparaiso Indiana.

NO REPAIR PARTS AVAILABLE!!!!
I paid cash for a new 2025 Buick Envista Avenir late September 2024. Unfortunately, I was involved in a minor sideswipe collision in December 2024. I took my car in to be repaired only to find out that the car was built in Korea and repair parts are not available until April 2025. I have personally contacted Buick and they are no help in expediting parts. Had I known this was even a possibility, I would have never bought this vehicle. I would recommend you put off purchasing this vehicle unless you want to wait 4 months for your car to be repaired.
