Not Happy at all
Got the vehicle in December of 22 and I took it in for service in march with noise in the brakes and I was told that normal give it time to brake in oil change popped up on the dash when it was not time to change also sos malfunction light keeps popping up on dash brakes still have the same issue , and last month took the vehicle in because it lounging forward when driving, took it in and that resulted in the vehicle needing a transmission at fourteen thousand miles after picking up the Vehicle, when transmission replaced my windshield wipers was knocking on the driver side they said has nothing to do with the transmission took it back for noise on the brakes and as of today it’s the same problem. More problems with this X7 on Sunday coming from church the screen went blank all by itself drove home with blank screen took the vehicle off then waited about ten minutes and decided to start it and the screen came back on. I called my service advisor and I was told to bring it in so I have an appointment for tomorrow will keep you posted.

The sexy beast
Have owned many Mercedes-Benz and BMWs over the years including Lexus and this is by far the most satisfying overall vehicle we've ever owned had a few software update issues initially but everything's been straightened out and well pleased would definitely buy another one so much so my daughter wants hours and wants me to go get it the V8 lol

Good 7 Seat Luxury for the Value
If you call a 100k vehicle a value, then overall this is one of them. For its size, it handles well, although it’s still a big suv so you still need to anticipate certain maneuvers. The build quality is pretty solid and it’s as quiet as a library inside. The IDrive 8 system is a steep learning curve (this is my first BMW) but once you get familiar with it you’ll be ok for the most part. I’m still annoyed that almost every is hidden in menus and the climate control functionality is ridiculous (you have to see it to believe it). The jury is still out on reliability since I’ve only had it for 3 months. Overall though, the X7 is a tech powerhouse with good driving dynamics to match.

Thought it would be a luxurious quiet ride NOT
Been an audi driver for many years. needed a new car and couldnt find a Q7 prestiege package anywhere. so I went with the BMW X7 as reviewers ranked it compreable . NOT The x7 engine is very loud tnrough multiple gear changes on acceleration. Sometimes so much so that the steering wheel vibrates. Once at a cruising speed on the highway it is relatively quiet. But if the majority of your driving is around town, the noise produced by the engine, as its shift through the early gears is very disquieting, and certainly not luxurious. Second row, captain seats, do not fold down, making it subpar to the Q7 in terms of cargo space. If I had to do it again, I would have waited for the Audi Q7 prestige plus luxury package to arrive. Will be getting out of the X7 as soon as possible. Very disappointed with the SUV not the quiet lucurious SUV I was looming for. if I had to do it again, I would have waited for the Audi Q7 prestige plus luxury package to arrive. Will be getting out of the X7 as soon as possible. Very disappointed with the car. Its not the quiet and luxurious cabin that I was looking for. I thought I could make do with some of the subpar finishes. But the cabin noise handling and ride just don’t cut it.
