My 2019 audi e-tron leaked pink fluid onto the garage of my new house. Two dealers told me it was car washing liquid. I had yet to wash the car and it had never been out in the rain. Audiusa eventually told me that the only pink fluid in the vehicle was that in the cooling around the batteries. They never offered to do anything about it. I installed a 240 outlet in my garage. Most of the time, even charging at 100%, I could only get a range of 152 to 166 miles. The most I ever got was 190 miles. Most of my trips are on interstate highways. They don't tell you when they sell you the car that if you drive at steady speeds with no stops or starts, you use the heater or air conditioner, it is very hot or cold when you charge or drive, or in the case of the Audi, if you don't drive very many miles for a period of time, it's computer will not let you charge to a higher mile range because it has determined by your driving record, you don't need a high range. Fed up with the worry over the leaking fluid and the lack of range, on April 17th I traded my e-tron in on a Genesis GV80 2.5 4FD with Prestige package. This is the first time in my eighty years that I haven't kept a new car at least five years. It's great to be back to a gas car. It's quick to refill and is actually cheaper than the cost of charging with the low range. These electrics from Audi will discourage a lot of people from trying an electric again for a long while. I think a lot of people have had the same experience as me, judging by the large number of 2019 Audi e-trons with very low miles that are listed for sale by private owners and dealers.

2019 model. Lemon Law buy back. Too many problems for a car this expensive. Major safety problems like a horn that doesn’t work and brake lamp that shorted out. Heavy rains caused major interior leaks. Stay away!

This drives like a standard SUV. Acceleration is good, not great. Great comfort - standard luxury car feel. The middle console is open and very awkward. There was no where to rest my right arm as the console was open. The mileage on a full charge was horrible at only 200 miles. This vehicle was built on the frame for a gasoline Audi SUV. Suggest waiting for future versions that are EV from the ground up

I bought my etron from 4/2019 .. 1month later Range with full charge was 190miles And now after drive 4000miles range is 180miles and 169miles (cold weather) Audi need to update new battery and more quality .. it seems like rang will drop down more and very fast.. this is my second car from Audi but it made me disappointed and annoyed about it.. I complained to Audi corporation and they said it operated as designed... what is design? Nobody tell me about the range and battery will be bad that fast...that’s a fraud vehicle..

Car is loaded with features (AC seats, heads-up display, auto-leveling, Bang & Olufsen sound system, massage seats, scented air vents.....). Drives great with lots of power. Just wished it had a bit more range on a charge.
