Used 2019 Alfa Romeo Giulia Consumer Reviews
Test drive this car!
We owned and loved Audi A4, A5, A6, Q7, until we drove this! An absolute pleasure to drive. One note: If using the great ride of Pirelli tires, expect to replace them at approx 16,000 miles.

Awesome drivers car so far
I purchased this vehicle preowned 3 weeks ago with 22k miles and for the short amount of time I've driven it I love it. The exterior design is beautiful and flawless. While the interior is not up to par with the mainstream germans in quality the design is is beautiful and simple. The infotainment screen is easy to operate via the drive knob in the center console but again is not quite as good as the germans. Where this car shines imo besides the design is it's driving and handling. I come from years of fwd vehicles that now feel like they have no soul. The steering is better than BMW and MB (3 series and C class respectively). It makes you want to turn into corners a bit harder than you would do with other sedans in its category. Acceleration is great specially in D (dynamic) mode. I've been driving it constantly since my purchase in A (advance efficiency) and it's as calm as they come, but today I decided to do some spirited driving in dynamic mode and it did not disappoint one bit. I even got a bit tail happy but the AWD corrected that behavior. To end I have to say that this car might not be up there with the more established germans in build quality and engine refinement but it's an awesome daily driver that will have you waiting for the next driving session thanks to it's great chassis, engine and great looks.

Too much service runs
This is a very particular car when comes to service. Had to run more than 9 times for servicing, every single time it was a different issue. The front lip was not going up, noise from the interior, electrical problems, and keeps going. Waiting for the lease to end and that's it, not happy for an 80K car.

The most AWESOME car I've ever purchased!
Most of my life I've been a "truck" guy and I really wanted something sporty and fast. When I saw that Alfa Romeo was coming back to the North American market I started looking - and finally got one in September 2019. This car is a dream to drive. It is simple in style and form and in the cockpit you feel like you are not overwhelmed with flashy buttons and unnecessary gadgets. It took about 3 months of research before finding the perfect Giulia for me. This car handles like a sports car but it is insured as a sedan. I got an incredible deal as they are closing out the 2019s in prep for the 2020s plus FCA is giving some big rebates too. My car came with the 22U package, Driver assistance static package, Nero Edizione (black edition), Harman Kardon audio, offset wheels/tires and wrapped up in a beautiful vesuvio gray exterior paint and black & tan interior. I love everything about this car and look forward to taking it out for a drive, for absolutely no reason. BTW - I did compare other cars in this same class of vehicle and kept coming back to the Giulia. My only hope is Alfa Romeo will do better marketing to get more people behind the wheel of this wonderful car. It would be a shame if this falls short and such a beautiful car is pulled from the North American market.
