The dealership is located five minutes from the Philadelphia International Airport. Piazza Honda makes flying easier for customers by offering free 24-hour parking at the dealership and shuttle service to the airport.
It also suggests that customers have their car serviced when they fly out of town, so it's completed before they return, reminding them of their slogan that "convenience has value."
Often, when a salesperson senses the customer is deciding between dealerships or brands, it pulls out this unusual trump card, Piazza General Manager Ross Polinow told Edmunds.
"If you fly frequently, airport parking can add up quickly, so this is an added value we can offer to someone who is shopping dealerships and is looking for ways to save money," Polinow said. "This perk is mentioned by both our sales and delivery teams."
Polinow is also proud that his dealership caters to an international crowd. His staff speaks Spanish and Vietnamese, along with several dialects of Chinese and Arabic.
"Our best advertising is word of mouth, whether it's our airport convenience or all of the languages we speak," he said.
