Incentive Battle Heats Up in Midsize Sedan Segment

Ford is offering customers a choice of cut-rate financing, inexpensive lease rates or cash rebates of up to $2,000 on the 2014 Ford Fusion. The $2,000 rebate bundles $1,500 in customer cash and $500 in Ford Credit bonus cash.
Customers may also be eligible for $1,000 cash back on the 2014 Ford Fusion Hybrid and a $500 rebate on the 2014 Ford Fusion Energi.
The Ford incentive program runs through March 31.
Toyota Camry buyers can choose from zero-interest financing, low lease rates or regional rebates, including cash back of $1,000. The Toyota cash-back offer is not available to lease customers.
Toyota is advertising a $189 per month 2014 Camry lease that runs for 24 months with $2,699 due at signing.
The Toyota incentive program runs through March 3.
Honda is touting its Presidents Day sale, which features inexpensive lease deals and low-interest loans on the 2014 Accord. Buyers can lease a 2014 Accord LX sedan for $219 per month for 36 months with $1,999 due at signing.
The Honda program ends on February 23.
