Hi sunnyvali, YES, our loan is from BMW Financial, but I'm not sure if these programs very based on location - we got ours at Paul-Miller NJ. Talk to the HEADQUARTERS about it to make sure what's going on. Good luck.

bimmervoy - Is the Signature loan line the OwnersChoice Financing from BMW? I was talking to the dealer about the OC and he said that 1.9% is not available and is much higher. In TX, OC makes sense compared to leasing. Let me know.

CORRECTION: I forgot that we also ordered the 3 pkg's: Cold-Weather+Tech+Convenience ...I guess I thought there were part of the "Premium". I was also considering the "Keyless entry" but my wife didn't care for it - too magical for her ...plus its another Grand.

I must concur. As a former Acura and Honda owner, I must say that Honda MoCo has the value and utility equation dead to balls. Sadly, they are BORING beyond imagination. At least Lexus can bore me with silence and quality but not Honda/Acura. I learned (never too late) that being saddled with a boring but handy vehicle that saved me a buck is not worth it. Cannot decide which one to buy. Going back and forth and growing weary. Live in So. Cal. Finally found a white ADV pack MDX. Driving Acuras since 1986. Would love a change and love that BMW x5 35i Premium in Bronze. It has a smaller rear seat and cargo area for dogs, but drives beautifully. So does the larger mdx. Anyone else stuck in this indecision?

Two things to note about the incentives on the X5 3.5d (diesel): 1) The Eco credit is $4,500 off whatever price you negotiate. It is price support from BMW North America directly to the dealer and is subtracted from the negotiated purchase price. I have owned BMWs with all the silver, gray and black colors (Titanium Silver, Space Gray, Platinum Gray, black metallic, cosmos blue, etc). No its not a good deal. The 3.0 non-turbo 2010 X5 is obsolete. I'd rather by a 2010 X5d or 2011 X5d or X35i. The 2010 3 liter gas is no longer made in 2011. They are heavily discounting them to get ride of the old models.

Carman or others, I've seen some reports that the March 2010 BMWFS rate for a 2010 BMW X5 xDrive 35d Diesel is .00250 (36 mos, 45k miles) is .00240. My CA tells me that the published BMWFS rate is .00250. Can you help confirm what the rate is? I'n in Buffalo NY area if that matters.

the dealer does not believe that the march MF from BMW FS is .00175 as indicated by car_man. The dealer knows what the rate is.. He is marking it up for extra profit on your deal... If he isn't being upfront about that, I'd look elsewhere (which I would do anyway.. if he won't give you the buy rate on the MF). regards, kyfdx

Sounds like expensive to me. This is what I got from my dealer: 2010 X5 3.0 - Premium, Technology, rear climate package, 3rd row seats. $5000 Initial down payment(includes first month payment, one month payment as security deposit) $605 per month(with tax it's $664 tax - california). 36 months, 12K miles /year. I did not take this, instead placed an order for X5 35d diesel.

i just started the shopping process and was quoted the following: MSRP 56075 2500 lease buy-down from BMW 5171 out of pocket 3yr/36k 655/mo w/o taxes (702 w/ taxes) i don't think it matters as far as loyalty discounts go, but i currently have a lease on a 750 that will terminate soon. the offer above doesn't seem all that great to me - any thoughts?
