First-year vehicle. Take a HARD pass. No pick up on engine. Rear gate is MANUAL? Seriously, Volkswagen? Step it UP!!! MSRP is high and no fiddling with dealer. Confining front seat and instrument panel is lacking. No way, no how....

We bought this as a replacement for our college kid’s 2013 VW Beetle, which was totaled in a 4 car pileup. The Beetle did its job by protecting her so our logical next choice for safety.
