2021 Volkswagen Passat
I don't understand all the hate for this car. I love my Passat. I came from a 2017 Jetta, and my 2021 Passat feels exactly like my old Jetta (just much more massive). This thing is HUGE, you could EASILY fit 4-5 people in this car for a long road trip with no complaints about legroom. And for its size, the gas mileage is pretty incredible (I got 38 mpg while highway driving on a 100-mile … road trip). Sure, you're not going to win any races in a Passat, but you shouldn't be considering a Passat if your primary goal is to be the fastest on the road.
The ONLY thing I miss in this car is a manual transmission. If Volkswagen sold this car with a stick-shift, I wouldn't hesitate to buy another one. I feel safe in this car. The ride is smooth. I LOVE the way it looks (and maybe I'm biased since it looks so much like my old Jetta). And I got a great deal on my car. I'm very happy with my purchase!
