Great vehicle. Planning on purchasing another one after the lease on this one is up. We just replaced the tires on this vehicle in less than 3 years and only 18,000 miles. The Model X has 2 different size tires on the front and back. The factory Continental tires started to separate and pulled to the right. The tire dealer advised us that the Model X is so heavy and has so much … torque that passenger car tires have not advanced enough to handle the load. Consequently we replaced all 4 tires because one rear tire was also separating. So if your considering purchasing a Model X you should also consider the cost of replacing the tires every 3 years or sooner at a cost of approximately $1600. Musk should hire engineers that can work with tire manufacturers that can develop a tire for this vehicle that can handle the excessive weight.
