It took them two weeks to provide the correct sales contract, and a month later they have not been able to provide clear title (to the current owner, not me) to the car before I arrange payment. As of today the car they told me would be on hold is being listed for sale. Don't waste your time with them. Their customer service is a black hole.

I am pre-approved and contacted VROOM about a listing. Spoke with a "Tyler" nice enough, but failed to follow up in any way, so after an hour or two I called back. You guessed it, no "Tyler". Now I talk to "Matthew", nice enough and tells me that the vehicle is now "pending with another client" and tells me it was "ridiculous" how I was being handled as a customer. I agreed and said let's just make it happen. Find me one like it, or have your boss call me. Then I start getting random emails from different addresses with no names or contact info. I told VROOM that it was unprofessional and IM OUT! Do not waste your time with these completely untrained and unprofessional and maybe a scam. Warning.
