A good family car
My Toyota has been great, I just recently moved, and I was very pleased to have a bigger vehicle to ease my moving problems. I really like this vehicle overall however there's very minor problem. Sometimes when get into the car and buckle up, the seatbelt unfastened light blinks, even though I have my seatbelt on. I double check and refasten myself but the light is still on, until I repeat the fastening about 5-7 times. I don't know what's up with that problem but I'll have to go to the dealer to see what's wrong. Other than that the car is great for the family, for the kids, and for those long trips.
2000 Sienna - Great Vehicle
We bought this certified, pre-owned vehicle about 18 months ago. We have had no repaire expenses other than normal oil changes. The minivan is extremely quiet and rides nicer than most cars. It is comfortable and is easy to enter and exit. We are very pleased with this purchase.

Could be a lot better
Not as good as other Toyotas. Several design issues and problems: huge turning radius, not designed for 2 child seat tethers in the second row, CD player quit, passenger window fell off track, rust starting on the hood. It's an ok van, but I don't know why it is usually rated so high. Toyota could have and should have done better.
Mixed Feeling
Nothing major complaints but lots of minor defects.AC problems, rear window rattling, plastic parts falling off, tires replaced at 24000,poor paint match on exterior, not thrilled with noise from brakes. But the dealer has been great thus far.Too small for family of 5 on vacations. Don't know if I would buy another one. Expected more from toyota.
Toyota Quality/Reliability???
My transmission went on my 2000 Sienna at 36,400 miles. Poor reliability and horrible customer service. I will never buy another Toyota again!
