It just wont Die
I told my wife (she doesnt like pu trucks) I would get another vehicle just as soon as this one "dies" - that was 160K miles and 9 years ago ..4 vehicle accidents later including burying it into a river bed - this vehicle just wont die....it has Never failed to start.....( I think I Love it more than my wife)
Simply The Best
I purchased this truck new in August 1990. Its been nothing short of spectacular. Ive owned five fords three Chevys and none of them began to match the performance of this vehicle. The original cost was reasonable. The overall performance has been exceptional. It ahs been absolutely reliable., and the cost of operation is very manageable. Currently it has 160,000 flawless miles to its credit. This is an ultra simple vehicle without any of the bells and whistles that make so many of todays trucks a nightmare. I honestly expect it to run for another twenty years without little more then routine maintenance.

Love my 4X4 toy
Bought this truck from my landscaper. It had 159000, the actual mileage on it now is 196000 and still going strong. Replaced the air filter with cold air, it sure adds up horsepower to it. I replaced the bench seat with bucket seats from a Honda Prelude. It sure is more comfortable. I love my 1990 Toyota 4X4 truck.
It just goes on and on...
I bought this truck brand new and have had no major problems with it in over 13 years and 260,000 miles! It is even on the original clutch (it's a 5 speed and I'm a woman ) I love it and don't want to ever give it up!
My Truck
I bought mine used in 92 with 28k on the clock. I still drive it and now have 160k miles. Not one mechanical problem. I have done recall on head gaskets. Seems to out 4x4 many other pickups. Just took my wife and two kids camping last weekend pulling a pop-up. We got 18.5 mpg! I'm so impressed with this truck, I think I'm going to do some custom work to it and keep it another 17 years. No Rust!
