Very good car
The car I bought in March 2024 is very clean, running smooth, everything is in working condition. Some minor scratches and very small dings. Air blower making noise every time I turn fan on. Some noise underfloor when driving. Gas mileage is 13.9 MPG in the City and 18.9 on highway.

Disappointing Details
Like they say, the devil is in the details. The workmanship is NOT up to par with the 2003 Camry I had for 20 years! The plastic and rubber on the outside of the vehicle is badly faded after only 3 years. My Camry's trim was still black and shiny when I sold it 2 months ago. The drivers side Toyota heavy duty mat has gaps in it and doesn't fit the floor correctly. AND, the stunner is that I have a drivers side light that needs replaced and I found out that to replace that light you have the replace the entire light assembly and in order to do that the bumper has to be removed - all to the tune of $1900.00!!! I'm still in shock over that. I was so excited to buy another brand new Toyota and have wanted a Highlander for many years only to be so disappointed. I'm seriously thinking about trading it in for another make.
