Used 2004 Pontiac Vibe GT Fwd 4dr Wagon (1.8L 4cyl 6M) Consumer Reviews
pontiac vibe
Car has surpassed my expectations with a relatively inexpensive car. Very pleased
It's a hot car
I couldn't have been happier with this car for all the reasons listed above. Not only that but it was an eye- catcher too. Great looks, great price, reliable and fun to dirve, what more could you ask of a car.

great styling and fun
Purchased my vibe in 3/04 and was very pleased with it. The gas millage is good and the styling is great. Very fun to drive and handeling is great. I just do not like the spongey feel of the seat material. It feels like a mini suv.
Terrible in Snow!
I absolutely loved this car when I bought it in April. I loved it up until the snow started to fall. This car has terrible performance in snowy/icy conditions. Has anyone else experienced this? There is another gentleman who I work with and he feels the same way about his vibe. I have never owned a Pontiac before, and by far this is the worst car I have ever driven in the snow/ice.
Most practical car I've owned
I love this car because of its reliability and versatility. I frequently lay the seats down to haul loads. My lifetime mpg over 50,000 miles is 34.1 combined. I've owned a number of Hondas, and they have all used less fuel and had more power. Whoever designed the cruise control was on drugs. Drop below 25 mph and it loses it's memory and has to be reset. I don't like the daytime running lights. The oem Continental tires only lasted 15k miles without hard driving. The Michelin Hydroedge replacements really make the car handle better. If GM built all their cars with this kind of quality and practicality, they wouldn't be in financial trouble. Like an suv without the disadvantages.
