Used 2018 Nissan Rogue SL 4dr SUV AWD (2.5L 4cyl CVT) Consumer Reviews
Good Value, but some annoyances
I am leasing a very loaded SL with almost every option. I think Edmunds is right on two points - the SV with the premium package is probably a better deal. The CVT transmission is sluggish. You have to step on it when going up a hill or getting onto the highway. At cruising speed it's fine, and local driving it's fine. The flip side is the gas mileage is very good for its size. The Pro-Pilot feature is very cool, especially on long trips. This technology will get better and better. I didn't find a visibility problem while driving. The rear view mirror isn't so great for me, but I'm used to side view mirrors from my ambulance and fire engine days. Like another reviewer said, I doubt I will buy this at the end of the lease. The SUV is common as fleas, and the tech inside will probably be expensive to fix down the road. I would be very open to upgrading before my lease expires. Oh, my kids love the sunroof and moon roof combination.

My Rogue Fancy
I’ve always owned Nissan Altima but this is my first rogue. I purchased the 2018 SL AWD and Love It! She has a nice look, very comfortable and al lot more bells and whistles than a lot of other SUV’s in its class. It may be a little sluggish at first getting up to speed but it can fly. You can also use sport mode which will help with that also. I’m not impressed with the Bose System. Everyone that gets to ride in my Rogue call her Fancy so the name stuck. Test Drive a Rogue if your looking for a small SUV that gives great gas mileage, All the Bells and whistles and safety features. I recommend the SL and SV

STOP! BUYER BEWARE!
I bought my 2018 with only 18 miles. The CVT transmission was a TOTAL disappointment. I started having problems about the 20,000 miles. I am a hospice caregiver and Uber driver. I am very active in my car. I took my car in fir a oil change and learned quickly that 5,000 was top for oil change (more money more money). I 10,000 on my Honda Accord. After the oil change with THE NISSAN DEALERSHIP, the car performance started going down hill. The DEALERSHIP said i needed a new motor AND they sent me to the new car sales department to purchase a NEW CAR....WTH? A 2018 ALREADY NEEDING A NEW MOTOR AND WITH ONLY 30,000 MILES.

2018 Rogue SL Pearl White
We chose the highest package with all bells and whistles! I only have had a month to drive this vehicle so many things I cannot give a review yet (maintenance etc.) However, the whole family likes it very much. The highlight is its panoramic roof! You can bring the outside in! We also like to color of the seats, warm cow-skin color although they call it with different name LOL.

Love the features but hate the reliability
I live in Quebec Canada. I have a 2018 Nissan Rogue Pro-Pilot. I love all the features and the price was very competitive compared to all the other SUV's in category. I have been having lots of problems with the SUV. At 18,000 miles the transfer case had to be replaced. Then something went wrong with one of the modules and the doors kept on opening and closing when we are driving. Now the heater fan went. It is making a loud noise. There is only 24,000 miles on the car and most of that was highway driving. I will never buy a Nissan vehicle again. These things should not have happened.
