Used 2020 Mercedes-Benz E-Class Consumer Reviews
Worst Car I have ever owned.
I am 71 years old and have purchased many cars in my life. As a special treat for my retirement I leased a high end Mercedes E450 (MSRP over $80,000). Took three trips with the car, broke down each time. When I hit 70 mph, it felt like I was driving a school bus. The one time I took it to service they fixed the transmission. The next time they said it was the wheels (paid $600 to have wheels straightened and that did no good. Finally, they said it was the tires. I had already changed the run flat tires two times because of bubbles in them. It got to the point where I was afraid of driving it. And then, to top it all off, the lease-end process was a complete nightmare. They clearly raked me over the coals. This was the worst car I have ever owned and the worst car buying experience. Buyer beware!
From SL550 to E450 to E450 wagon
For the past few years, we have delighted in driving our R231 SL550. Such a great motorcar, yet not keeping pace with our lifestyle changes. Enter the 2019 E450 Cabriolet; what a car. Same motor, transmission and front brakes as the SL450, yet with a longer wheelbase, two more USEABLE seats and a much more modern interface system. Don't be fooled, this car will spool up to speed quite well, providing a most comfortable and useable interior. The noise level with the top up is surprisingly quiet, and with the top down, well, that's really why you buy it. Several thousand miles now, a couple of road trips and some great around town outings with friends, and this vehicle continues to impress. While I do miss the compelling torque of the SL550, this E450 can deliver performance in a most stylish way, and then get 30 mpg on the highway. Bloody marvelous motorcar. UPDATE: 12/21: The A238 E450 Cabriolet is a magical motorcar, however after the second repair to the cabriolet roof webbing / inner liner in less than a year, we made the decision to move on from the Cabriolet. As much as we loved the car, the long term ownership costs appeared too daunting for us. The Cabriolet was replaced with an S/W213 E450 wagon, which is our third Mercedes wagon, and simply a magnificent motorcar. Just back from a 1,400 mile jaunt to Road America; got 31.9 mpg at 78 mph average, and hauled everything we needed for a long weekend at the race track. Love the long roof! Update 2.0: still in the E450 4 matic wagon, and love the vehicle. Stylish, comfortable, such a great road car, and yet delivers really solid mileage. Sadly MB elected to forgo the Estate version of the wagon in the US and now sells the AT (all terrain) in it's place. We shall drive our estate version until it simply wears out. Stay tunded.

Great Car For Daily And Track
Very good and luxury car. Large dash board display make it easier to look at. Ambient light can be mix and it can even changing the color automatically. The light in the air conditioning outlet will change color by itself such as turning red when you heat up, blue when drop down the temperature. The color will turning back to what you pick after few seconds of changing the temperature. For the most of the coupe, e53 was very good on gas. For the most of the cabriolet, we have lots of space of the truck. The tail lamp was also gorgeous, sequential light when you unlock the car and turn of the light ( the signal light were not sequential light). Also the headlamp has something different from the old version car. You can see the light moving to the side when you turn on the car which is very intelligent and modern. The performance exhaust system package make the exhaust sound incredibly good and smooth. It won’t be too loud to noising the passengers outside. There is another good feature including the performance exhaust package which is mute the exhaust. We can choose to make it quiet(not as quiet as the electric car) or loud. I recommended this car by 5 stars :)

Incredible car
It feels way faster than the numbers suggest. I have no trouble exploding past other people on the highway. My previous car was a 2018 Infiniti Q60 with 400hp. This car is comfortable, very well built, and the interior is unbeaten in design. The 13 speakers Burmester sound system is also fantastic.

2020 MB E-450
I currently drive an 11 MB E350 and an 08 CLS 550. About 2 weeks ago I had my E350 in he shop for service and last week I had the CLS 550 being serviced. 2 weeks ago, the dealership gave me new E350 to drive. I enjoyed it, however, last week they gave me a new E-450, big difference and I enjoyed it waayy more than the E350, its quicker, more comfortable, I like to surprise the youngsters driving Chargers and Camaros sometimes. I like my E350 but I've always wished that I bought an E-550. I really want a new S560 but my retirement account is not where I want it yet so I could be happy with E-450 and placing the difference in my retirement account.
