From the outside it is beatiful. The inside is not bad. When driving on the highway its smooth but if you drive slow it makes a ticking noise, drives me crazy.I asked the dealer and was told that its normal. He explained why but I still think it should run smoother.I can't wait until I can exchange it. I am not so happy with it even though this is the first time a buy a new car. I think the noise should be a lot smoother than it is. I took to the dealer and I had them listen to it and they said it was normal.

I was going to purchase a HOnda CR-V, but on the way to the Honda dealership I decided to take the CX-7 for a spin and fell in love.

I love my car!! I almost wish my commute to work was longer because it's so fun to drive. I love the fact that their aren't too many others like mine on the road. Mazda does an awesome job - I've owned both a 323 hatchback (which I drove for 12 years with no problems) and a Tribute, and know that my next car will also be a Mazda.

Had the vehicle for about 2 weeks. Sold a Lincoln LS-V8. Love the cornering capability of the Mazda. I wanted the cargo capability of an SUV, but didn't want to sacrifice handling. I have not been disappointed. Over 40 with kids still at home, so comfort for trips was also a concern.

I test drove many automatic cars and SUVs (including the Nissan Murano) with V6 engines and so far the CX7 had the best acceleration (like a car with a manual stick shift). The exterior looks great very similar to the Lexus. This car works well for a family of three, or four at the most due to the limited cargo space when traveling. I had a couple of flat tires but could have been bad luck also. Otherwise runs smoothly with no serious problems. Great buy for this price except for gas mileage!
