2024 Mazda CX-50 Consumer Reviews

Pretty BUT Painful
This vehicle is a total tempter. Great looking interior and exterior. Technology is spot on. and the turbo engine is very responsive. BUT THOSE SEATS. OH WOW HORRIBLE. Every time I sit in the vehicle I cannot get comfortable. It's the equivalent of a pebble in your shoe. Only worse. And they are a constant reminder of the terrible purchasing decision I made. Test drives do not give you an adequate chance to know a vehicle. My advice, rent this one first and take a long drive if you doubt me. Don't be like me and spend the $50K with tax to find out. My back kills after 30 minutes, and even on the shortest of rides I am constantly making adjustments. Besides the incredibly hard seats the lumbar support is limited to in or out motions. And the seat support into turns is non existent. If Mazda would just change out these seats, I'd love the vehicle. Until then...HORRIBLE!

2024 Mazda CX-50
We bought our new 2024 Mazda CX-50 last week. It is an awesome car. The drive and handling are exceptional. It has plenty of power and a smooth ride even better in sport mode. The interior and exterior are sharp looking. It has a lot of features and a very competitive price compared to other models.

Worst seats
First off, I want to be fair and say that like other Mazdas, the CX-50 is fun to drive, attractive and practical. Great cargo space, love the cross stitching on the dash and actually find the infotainment to be consistent and less buggy than the majority of modern cars. All that said, the seats are atrocious. I made a big mistake not taking this for an extended test drive. Consistently, about 45 to 1 hour after starting a long drive, my butt starts to hurt and by the end, it is extremely uncomfortable. I sit there wishing the trip would end. This car has a good value proposition that is destroyed by terrible seats. Do yourself a favor and make sure these seats work for you before making a financial mistake.

Love it
I've only had the Mazda CX5 for a day, but I already love it. Driving it is easy & it's a breeze to park (previous vehicle was a Silverado) it has so many bells & whistles, it may take a year or 2 for me to learn how to use them all! That's because I'm old school. Actually, I'm just old.
OMG 😱 Sunroof👎🏻
The beautiful Panoramic sunroof only opens 1/3 of the opening??whats the point of that? Xtra cost of Pearl paint trim not in the inside of doors? Bluetooth keeps dropping. Trunk wont open while the car is on-safety feature? Still annoying.
