Great in all aspects but infotrainment and ride
I am huge mazda fan. Own 3 gt, cx5 tourung and have 6 touring model for over 6 months now. This car is great but i will offer some cons. First is 19 inch rims with hard ride. Any model apart from sport comes with these oversize rims for which you sacrifice comfort. Second infotainment is hard to like and seems bit outdated. Bluetooth re connection is spotty. You lose cd player with 2019 model. You have to be plugged in to use apple carplay. And third is very limited color selection. I own snowflake pearl white but there are only few colors available. Blue color is too dark and almost like black. Silver is not great. Black is hard to keep clean and summer in. Which leaves you with red and white. My cx5 is red. So i went with white. I just wish there were 1 or 2 more colors available. I also wish 6 touring had heated rearview mirrors and remote starter. Apart from that its great. I am family man with 2 kids under 4 years of age no complaints there in terms of back seat size and trunk size.

Mazda 6 still running good
Purchased and 2018 Grand Touring with the turbo. It had less than 13,000 on it, great looking car inside and out. Also have a 2018 Honda Sport 1.5 turbo. Both are unique and fun to drive but I favor the Honda more in gas mileage and acceleration however not buy much. The leather interior exceeds the honda as well as the looks plus the ride great. Honda handles better with the wider 19' tires and better technology overall. Would be nice if Mazda put wider tires to eliminate potential screeching with a high acceleration from first to second but the second gear on the mazda is something else. The infotainment center lacks in comparison to the accord sport. It's slow, but works nonetheless. Comfort goes to Mazda without a doubt but the Accord has the space and the head room and various driver seat interaction. Mazda driver seat sits high in the low position, plus I tend to sometimes brush my head when entering. I think they should really work on mre seating interaction and spacing but overall my family loves the comfort of the Mazda. Especially the back seats. You can't go wrong with both cars. CVT turbo and 6 Speed automatic 2.5 turbo. I rarely drive sport mode in both cars because I want to take it easy on the longevity of the turbos. Both cars great and unique will last for years to come.

2018 Mazda 6 turbo
The car is a semi Luxury car. It has a sporty yet comfortable ride. Steering is crisp although not a good as my 2009 Maxima. Acceleration is very good on 93 octane and good on 87. It will not do 0-60 in under 6 seconds though but it will do it in about 6.2. The car corners extremely flat due to the Vectoring control that Mazda built into the car. A couple of things that I dont like are that the mirrors dont have a memory function with the seats. Also, the heated steering wheel is only heated at the 10 and 2 position and 4 and 8. The top of the wheel is not heated. My only other annoyance is the fact that the rear view mirror is too close to the driver.

Signature Rocket...
Super Car with a only 2 flaws Bought a lightly used 2018 Mazda6 Signature. It has all the bells and whistles one would expect from a much more expensive Mercedes or Lexus with the same equipment...Save 30,000.00 vs a new likely equipped or save 15,000.00 vs a same like car equipped used. Pros... simple interface....HUD shows all relevant information on the windshield. even turn by turn nav instructions. I actually prefer the mazda interface even though it is apple carplay equipped and android. once you get use to it and know how to use the voice commands on the mazda interface it is easy. Turbo is very fast... Barely step on the gas and it just goes.... be careful not to peel out to make your transmission and tires last as long as possible....Large 4 wheel disc brakes makes stopping in a dime. I've driven this with 50/50 hwy city and it averages 25-26mpg..... drops to 23-24 if constant stop and go traffic. I've taken this car on long trips...The air conditioned seats are a real help from fatigue. I got 34 almost 35 mpg on 100% hwy and only stopping for gas...and that is driving at 65-75mph ...maybe slightly faster on states that allow 70mph interstates. Putting this on cruise and just relax. Great BOSE system....Quiet ride...no wind noise....Stock tires were crap and newer tires designed to be quiet on the road makes it even quieter. only 2 flaws i can point out touch door is only drivers side...lexus /mercedes has all 4 doors with touch open. and the Pana camera system is garbage....resolution is terrible....there are no fixes from mazda and even the current 2020 year still has the same issue. They say its a software interface that makes it look like garbage....Mazda with a single rear camera are much sharper... I guess they had to scale it down showing 4 cameras instead of 1...but you get use to it...it is not too terribly bad. Overall fun to drive no regrets. No problems after 1 year use This mazda6 Turbo will be collector's item since mazda discontinued it.
