2026 Lincoln Nautilus Consumer Reviews

Computer problems. Terrible technology.
So disappointed. I loved my 2020 Lincoln Nautilus. I wish I had not traded it in. I never had 1 issue. Never needed a repair. I bought my 2025 Lincoln Nautilus May 28th. It is beautiful, comfortable and drives wonderfully. But the infotainment freezes up, the big screen across the dash sometimes goes black and there are bizarre warnings and messages that pop up like Windshield wiper fluid needs filling when it does not. Strange messages about the anti-lock brakes, that I need to put my hands on the wheel when I have them on the wheel, not cranking and saying low power. And more. So upset and disappointed. I have always felt that Lincoln vehicles were the best. I have had it 2 months and now find out it has software glitches. I have had to learn to reset and have had to do this probably 5 or 6 times. Also, air switched to heat from 74 to 86 degrees without me touching the controls. My wireless charger does not seem to charge. Message about alarm motion sensors comes up when I turn it off. I don't know whether to shut it off or not. All issues are very disturbing.

5000miles and it’s good
it’s a good car over all after 5000miles driving, only problem i had was once camera not working when i manually turned it on,some error popped up on the screen keeps telling me something goes wrong, but it’s go back to function normal after i restarted system(press the volume button for 10sec).it’s a hybrid powertrain so i get a good 32mpg in this first 5000miles,the interiors are astonishing since my last car was a honda accord hybrid.one of my friend told me the 2024 nautilus had some issues but my 2025 seems ok and i hope it keeps that way.

Comfort A Joy to drive
Why am I focusing on comfort? The seats are magnificent! My wife and I were stuck in the winter on I95 in Virginia without moving for 26 hours. At the end of that experience we were very impressed with the seat comfort and how we had no aches or pains. I can’t say that about my Lazy Boy. Turbo and transmission provide plenty of pep. Gas version gives 26 MPH on the highway. A joy to drive I never get tired of driving it. We get plenty of compliments.

Rattle or Thump
Great vehicle once you get used to all the options. But at certain highway speeds there seems to be a thumping / rattling noise that I cannot find... Anyone else hearing this type of noise almost like something loose under the vehicle? Took it in to have checked and of course the noise wasnt happening and even on the test drive, but yep its still there...

Shortcomings of 2025 Lincoln Nautilus hybrid
Lack of actual owners manual, only online access. On a $70,000 vehicle, this is a must with all the technology. I'm accustom to a manual to read, and not ONLINE. GET WITH IT lincoln !!!. Another complaint is foot and pedal space...too tight for mens feet. Designers obviously have SMALL feet. No problem with my 21 Aviator I traded...
