Electronic Issues
Less than 1000 miles and it's into the shop. Radio didn't work and issues with phone hookup. They said it needed an update. At 4,000 miles, it's back to the shop. The vehicle drained the battery during the night. (4.8 volts). Again, it need another software update. On my way home, the smaller screen started flashing. Stay clear of this vehicle until all the software issues are resolved. Perhaps 2025 or 2026. Love the vehicle, but it has too many electrical problems.

Lemon or did the rest of you just get lucky
I LOVED the concept and waited 6 months to get the 2024 Nautilus Reserve Hybrid with all the bells and whistles. It’s beautiful and I love the massaging seats. That’s where it ends. I have owned my car less than a month and barely have 1k in miles (partially from having to keep sending it to the dealer which is an hour away). First it was electronic issues with the sound which seem to have been resolved. Then I noticed the phone charger actually sucks my battery. Next it was the crank case sensor. I had the car about 12 days when this alerted. The dealer had it 16 days and when I got it back I started noticing a horrible squeal when I brake. I did find a review that seemed to have the same issue that started around 900 miles. It sounds and feels awful. I have only had my car back a few days and the crank case sensor just came on again. The sales person and service manager have been very nice but this car cost me over 70k closer to 80 when all the interest and add ons and licensing was done. I am at a loss because I want to love my car but I don’t know if I got a lemon or if the rest of you just got lucky and this car is lipstick on a pig.

Making payments while dealer keeps my car.
Bought car in April, 2024. Noticed brakes draggin withn the first couple of months. Car battery died and was towed to dealer for repairs 4 times since purchase. Last time it died and was towed was Nov 18, 2024. Today, is Dec 29, 2024 and it is still there without any updates to us or sign of fixing it. Just made 2nd car payment while car is sitting dead at the dealers. My kids cars are at least 10 years old and they are driving their old cars everyday. Lincoln should be embarrassed or at least reach out to customers with these problems for update or show some kind of customer service instead we are just stuck and left on our own, and have to keep making car payments for NOTHING. (PS, Initially I loved this car)
BUYER BEWARE - it’s a joke of a car
I love my Nautilus. The cutting edge tech and aesthetics are beautiful. However, none of that matters if the vehicle does not work. Like many others, I have the hybrid model. Had several technology issues. But the primary complaint - my vehicle stopped going in the middle of the road. Busted fuel injector leading to oil spilling everywhere. Many replaced parts and a COMPLETE ENGINE REPLACEMENT. I am currently in a battle with Lincoln for a buy back. They have a LOT to work out on this new vehicle. Save yourself the trouble and do not buy the 2024 Lincoln Nautilus. It’s a joke.
Many issues
I have the Reseve with all the bells and whistles. I came out of the Lincoln Aviator Resrve. The first thing I noticed was the quality difference. The Nautilus has more electronic features but is not as high quality as the 2021 Aviator that I came out of. The next was the brakes, wow what a difference! The Aviator stopped on a dime and was very high quality, not so with the Nautilus. The concept on the Nautilus is great if only everything would work great. I just gave in my ca that I only have for 3 months because my speakers stopped working. If Lincoln can figure out how to fix these few things then the car would be great but as of right now I would be happy to go back to my Aviator.
