BE AWARE. LOTS OF ISSUES
LOTS OF ISSUES GUYS.... PLEASE BE AWARE.... I have a 2024 Lincoln nautilus and already there is a bad rattle coming from the back of the vehicle. Took it in and Lincoln says they are aware of the issue but dont have a fix for it right now. Half the dash has went out just by going into an app. Sound on a phone call is very distorted

World Class Nautilus
I ordered a Premier I hybrid White Platinum with the cargo accessory and floormat package. I didn't want a sunroof or adaptive suspension since the base 19 inch rims and tires provide a comfortable and quiet ride without the need of adaptive suspension. The base 10 speaker stereo has great sound. If I normally add an option I want it to add to a vehicle not replace something. Mechanically each model is identical except on what upgrades you want such as rims seats and stereo etc. The hybrid with the electric continuous variable transmission is so smooth. I am averaging 31 mph with regular gas. The Nautilus has a real spare tire. I also received a $1500.00 smile states discount. The 48 panoramic information screen is an amazing display that you can personalize. The second row is huge and would easily hold three adults easily. The 310 horsepower is awesome. You get all of this for 52k. UPDATE: The new 2024 Nautilus Hybrid is an amazing vehicle. After 4000 miles I am averaging 33mpg with over 25% of my miles in electric mode. The panoramic dash is beautiful. The Nautilus is so comfortable and roomy. The Premier comes with so much standard equipment that I didn't want to spend thousands more for a reserve or black label. The 1500.00 option for the hybrid is the best investment.

Failed system update now car won’t work
Took my 2024 Nautilus in for the window recall and the service desk asked if we would like to have the update installed that Lincoln issued. Of course, might as well while the car is there. Well the royally messed up something. Now the center console (the heart of the vehicle) won’t work and they can’t figure it out. I’ve been in a loaner car for over a month waiting to get this simple update mess resolved. Will be contacting a lemon lawyer next. Loved the car before they screwed it up…wouldn’t trust the electrical system now even if they figure it out. My guess is that they fried the electrical system with the “update”.

Ford quality is job zero
Our brand new 2024 Black Label Nautilus powered down and shut off in the middle of the street on the way home from the dealer. The vehicle has remained at the dealer for nearly three weeks with no end in sight. Lincoln has advised us that this problem is not unique to us and that Ford engineering is now trying to diagnose and fix this obvious safety issue. The same vehicle also had other glaring problems upon delivery, including an inability to use some electronics with two keys in the car at the same time. The solution offered by the service department was to travel with one key only since this problem exists with many of these vehicles and there is no known fix. A real nuisance, for example, if you have a husband and wife who both have a key. To make matters worse, Lincoln has also refused to provide any meaningful solution. Instead, the customer care team has advised that the Lincoln/Ford resolution is to keep our first month lease payment as well as the proceeds from our trade in while we: (1) continue to make lease and insurance payments on a vehicle that we cannot drive; (2) pay for a rental car because a loaner could not be taken out of state; and (3) otherwise experience an inconvenient and expensive run around. In short, the customer care so far generally matches the quality of the vehicle.

Many issues
I have the Reseve with all the bells and whistles. I came out of the Lincoln Aviator Resrve. The first thing I noticed was the quality difference. The Nautilus has more electronic features but is not as high quality as the 2021 Aviator that I came out of. The next was the brakes, wow what a difference! The Aviator stopped on a dime and was very high quality, not so with the Nautilus. The concept on the Nautilus is great if only everything would work great. I just gave in my ca that I only have for 3 months because my speakers stopped working. If Lincoln can figure out how to fix these few things then the car would be great but as of right now I would be happy to go back to my Aviator.
