😔
Purchased a 2023 RX 350 Lexus SUV in April. It’s our 5th Lexus we have owned & are extremely disappointed in this model. The informant centre is very complicated, dust enters around the doors, turbo engine howls & have only received one fob which doesn’t work well. This is just a few of the issues. Don’t waste your money!!
Would not buy this car
Drove this while our 2014 RX 350 was in for service. I would never buy this car. The engine lacks any pick up, not like my six-cylinder. Sounds just like my old Subaru CVT. My husband, he wears progressive lenses, he had a lot of difficulty with the rearview mirror which isn’t really a mirror, but a camera. My husband hated that he could see his speed in the driver windshield. He found that really annoying. So they made the SUV more aerodynamic and because there’s a slope in the back you can’t see out the backwindow so they have to put a camera there. My husband hated the shifter. It’s just weird. We don’t like the electronic parking brake. We do not like the pressing the handle to get out of the door and the second time I tried this, it would not let me out. I don’t think it looks like a luxury car at all inside with this suede crap. And the seats are uncomfortable. They’re much harder than my 2014 which is still perfection after nine years. It took us about 15 minutes to find the am radio. We never did find the map. The ride was OK. This 2023 can’t compare in anyway to my 2014 it’s just a beautiful car my 2014. That’s why you see them all over the place the owners won’t give them up. How can you F this up? I mean your brand. I guess we’re just going to have to drive our 2014 until it falls apart.

Worthy Upgrade
I traded my 2020 RX350 Luxury model for the 2023 RX350 Luxury model. It is an overall fantastic upgrade. It is hands down a better vehicle in all aspects. The engine sound of the 4 cyl is very different than the old pleasing V6, but the drivability is just as good. The handling is much, much better and the tech and comfort are also greatly improved. Very happy !!

Disappointing
This was our fourth RX350 starting in 2010 and is the most disappointing. On the plus side they finally figured out how to get the cruise control on the steering wheel but after that there is nothing impressive. Just putting it into drive or reverse can be a challenge, and twice now it has slipped into neutral while driving and very difficult to get back into drive. It should be banned from being on the road. The styling is better than the 2016 but they have left lots of room for improvement. The controls are far from simple to figure out. I have been looking for another newer vehicle and I am very surprised how far Lexus is behind.
