HORRENDOUS PROBLEMS

I'm with the customers that's complaining about ALL the issues with the RX350 Models. I bought the Luxury Model RX350 AWD & have had NOTHING BUT ISSUES & it only has about 2800 miles on it & a majority of those miles have come from the dealership driving it & keeping it over a month to try & duplicate the issues. It vibrates @ a high speed which is the normal speed limit on the interstate. The infotainment system has went out numerous times. They replaced an amplifier & 2 wheels & this was ALL done @ different times after constantly having to take it back in for the same issues. Now what do you know they bring me another loaner RX350 out & it's doing the SAME exact things. Whole screen black & blanked, you can't even see your temperature & it's over a 100 degrees out & we're up under a heat advisory & I have a special needs son. Several people from multiple Lexus dealerships says this has been a problem from day 1 with these vehicles & they're rolling in right to left @ service for these same issues. Every day it's another problem. HORRIBLE gas mileage, the brakes barely wants to stop. It sputters and stalls @ take off & accelerating uphill. Then they brought me ANOTHER LOANER that has the SAME EXACT PROBLEMS! The screen was completely black & disabled for the whole 1.5 hour I drove it. Lexus needs to be sued & recall EVERY 2023 model they've placed on the market. No wonder they want to sell you an expensive outrageous warranty cause they know you're definitely gonna need it.They're definitely gonna lose money on these vehicles. Purchased it in January & barely driven it but did I also mention I STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY SECOND KEY EITHER!😫 It's SOOOO much more that I can say but hopefully the Lemon Law handles this ASAP or I'm gonna get an attorney. I've bought several new cars & NEVER have had these types of issues especially so early in the process. I was persuaded to switch to a Lexus but I'm beyond upset that I honestly did. My Grand Cherokee didn't give me a third of these problems especially not this soon. Cause it's been nothing short of a nightmare. I can go on & on about this vehicle but it's such a headache & extremely stressful. Especially considering my life is already that. I've tried to deal with this & be nice but these people don't honestly get the pain & suffering that they're causing. Especially considering what I've paid for the vehicle & it's literally almost paid off already. 80K for some garbage. I've requested that they repurchase the vehicle back up under the Lemon Law but I believe I may have to get an attorney involved cause it's taking too long & the emotional & mental anguish that this is causing has become too much & they should have to pay 10xs what I did for the vehicle. I'm convinced the people who pretend they like or love this particular vehicle are being or have been paid to lie, cause no way in the world they're not having the same issues. Rest assured they will be ASAP!

The new 2023 Lexus RX350 Luxury is such a disappointment. I had a 2018 and due to the supply chain I did not test drive the 2023 Lexus RX 350 before purchase. The new “tech features” are not user friendly at all. Lacks basic tech like low fuel now. NO pickup power and Suede interior is awful.

I traded my beloved 2016 RX SUV for this year’s model thinking I will continue to experience the comfort and smooth riding of this car. I was wrong. Engine is noisy when you step on the gas to accelerate. I guess it’s because of the 4 cylinder engine change. Has a rough feel at the start. Smooth ride if your in an interstate highway but expect a tiring percussive body massage ride in NYC full of humps and bumps on the road. I can feel the rough roads on the flooring. Interior has the luxury feel. The wide screen infotainment is an upgrade but not that user friendly. My old RX SUV drove me home safely during blizzard, winter storms, thunderstorms, black ice. Drove from Canada to Florida with kids sleeping soundly at the back without a problem. Where did the smooth, relaxing, silky ride of the classic RX SUV go??? P.S. this Lexus SUV 2023 exterior side/ back design has an uncanny resemblance with the 2023 Toyota Venza. Where’s the originality?? Might as well trade this with Venza. Much cheaper and has better reviews. Lexus is losing a loyal customer.

Nothing exciting here. Slow, kind of noisy while accelerating. It's nothing more than a big NX350, except 10G more. Very disappointed with the confusing electronics. Maybe it will get better with time. Boy does it like gas, no where near advertised, and it's a silly 4 cylinder. I'll be trading this in very soon. Fit and finish is good, so's my kids new Kia! Not sure why so many people like this car, I think they say so to make themselves feel better. I've wasted a lot of money on cars over the years...this ones right up there!

Had my car for one week and stalled on me while driving. Check engine on and sensor malfunction.
