My fourth and last Lexus
This is my fourth Lexus in a row. My other Lexus’s were great. I had two ES 350 and an RX 350. I purchased this car 6 weeks ago. The only thing I find similar to my past Lexus’s is the smooth ride. The infotainment system is extremely cumbersome. Just getting to the radio is difficult..There is nothing intuitive about the system. I have had several people in the car for first time and have to explain on how to open the door.. Having a button to press versus a handle is not intuitive. The 4 cylinders is a thirsty engine considering the lack of power. Even the paint on the car is not as good. In the past it was very thick and could keep its new appearance for years. The sticker states it has Android Auto. If you are an android user stay away from this car. It only works with certain phones. I have a galaxy S 22, which is eight months old. Only some of the features work and I was told by Lexus. This is the way it is. I cannot make a phone call via voice command on the car. This is truly unacceptable in this day and age. I am disappointed with this car to the point I will be looking at trading it in.

Love car but build quality?
Only 180 miles on this car and it suffers from control start malfunctions, a broken seatbelt and dimming mirror that doesn’t work.

Overall disappointing
I traded a 2020 Lexus RX 450h for a 2023 RX 350 and I’m sorry that I did. All of the convenient controls have been replaced with difficult to find ones. As far as mileage goes, Lexus claims a one mpg gain with the 4 cyl over the previous V6. But the new engine requires premium gas. So at an additonal 60 cents per gallon over regular, the customer loses!

Over Teched
Beautiful SUV hampered by difficult to find options just to get things going. Basic maneuvers that in the past you just reached for and they were where they were supposed to be. The engine is clanky, noisy and power wise less than disappointing. Low end torque is inadequate.shifting is not as intuitive as you might think. 21 inch wheels is a little much and kind of awkward .The standard 19’s work better. Panoramic roof controls are confusing and takes practice to get it to work right. The rear seat climate controls do not have an on-off switch and are still dependent on drivers input. The HUD is very difficult to set up with a tiny little touch pad on the steering wheel. Sirius radio only has 7 selection on its trial period. Visibility to the left and right rear corners is minimal and the drivers seat does not adjust high enough for smaller people. A lot of great ideas thrown into a big melting pot needing the new driver to figure out where to find them and how to make them work. Would absolutely not recommend this to older drivers unless they are very tech savvy. An option here would be to just stick with the base unit if you still want the styling.

Jerky engine
What I like about the vehicle: the whole outside shell of the vehicle and how it looks. Seats are comfortable, pretty roomy. What I dislike about the vehicle: it SUCKS with a capital S. It's jerky, you accelerate and you cannot pick up speed especially while it's jerking on you. Infotainment system has a horrible lag, freezes, goes black, sometimes won't display all options completely on the screen. The other day while trying to go reverse the car wouldn't move after lifting my foot from the brake. Put the car on drive and again would budge after letting go of the brake. Damn car is suck a disappointment. Fuel economy SUCKS!
