Used 2010 Lexus RX 350 4dr SUV (3.5L 6cyl 6A) Consumer Reviews
Annoying rattling noise
I thought I am the only one, but I have to agree with the review written by mml on 08/10/2009. I also noticed a very annoying rattling noise from the driver side seat belt buckle area. I brought the car to the dealership but cannot duplicate it. I really hate it because the problem comes and goes. We need more people to report this problem and have this problem recalled by Lexus. It seems that RX350 is now a mass produced car and the build quality doesn't live up to the hype. A bit disappointing.
Roadside Assistance is not good
I have had Lexus vehicles for the last 10 years and don't have any complaints until now. The vehicles are great however the first time we have to use roadside assistance, it was a bust. We had to call roadside assistance a month ago because we had an accident that was not too serious but bad enough that the car could not be driven. Bottom line, 4 hours later they came to get the car. At our location, it should have only taken 1 1/2 hours at the most. It was not the fault of the wrecker company but a mix- up at roadside assistance that delayed the wrecker. We have had no resolution from Lexus at all on this. Pray that you don't need roadside assistance.

Poor successor to the past
This is the fourth RX I have owned and by far the least satisfying and most troublesome. The front bumper kept popping out of the clips, the car creaked and snapped on the freeway and the steering wheel was off level even after three tries to align it. After it suffered a freeway debris hit to the nose the body shop replaced the front bumper and it fit perfectly. The car was realigned and the steering wheel leveled by an outside alignment shop. How come a body shop could fix what the dealer never could and why did all those things need fixing in the first place? For approximately 60,000 a Lexus shouldn't need those kind of repairs just to look and run right. Advice to buyers: DON'T!
Love my Lexi
I have always wanted a Lexus SUV. My husband finally gave in and bought me one. Whatever one I wanted. I chose the 2010 RX350. It is the best vehicle that I have ever owned. I have owned other SUV's and Crossovers but none of them measure up to the Lexus. Gas mileage is great, smooth ride, feels like I'm riding on a cloud. Very satisfied with this car. It took a few days to get used to it, but I'm glad I decided on this vehicle.
Remote start is almost useless
The remote start on my 2010 RX is poorly designed as the engine stops when the door is opened and you have to restart the engine which for all practical purposes defeats the usefulness of the remote start.
