Used 2010 Lexus RX 350 4dr SUV (3.5L 6cyl 6A) Consumer Reviews
Needs a few things
Dual exhaust. A better remote start system that keeps the car running rather than killing the engine when the door is opened. Side molding for door protection. Chrome front grill. Ambient lighting for foot wells.
Nice Luxury SUV
I have owned my RX for one month now. I have had no mechanical issues at all. The car rides very smooth on the road. You cannot even hear it running when inside the car. Mileage is not that great but then I already knew that when I did my research. Big change to go from a key start function to an electronic key fob and you just press the Engine Start button. Neat feature - just took some time to get use to. I purchased the Luxury package in Silver (Tungsten Pearl) with the wood grain wheel. Very happy with my car. Just a few plastic pieces on outside like the shark fin part and the bumpers. Didn't expect so much plastic for the price of the car.

Lexus needs help in some areas
The remote start on the 2010 RX is a nuisance as when it is remote stated and the door is opened to drive, the engine dies. It should be like the domestic remote start. When the door is opened the engine does not die on the domestics. Also, this vehicle should have dual exhaust to make it more sportier.
2010 rx350 fwd
Moved up from an '04 RX. After only a few days driving (170 on the ODO) pleased w/ improved suspension, lower road noise and more positive - less slushy feeling in transmission. There is a slight rattle coming from under the dash. I hope it can be silenced in the 1k inspection. Typical Japanese overkill in the electronics - many features I'll never use and can be confusing. The NAV manual is 5/8" thick. Gadgeteers will love it - umpteen variations on the same function. Mouse concept for NAV, climate, audio etc.is great but can distract from driving. Quality of materials, fit and finish up to high Lexus standards. So far getting 17.4 mpg avg in city driving on first tank of gas.
